This is fraud and worries me knowing that they are after our money. They asked for my debit card number and had me fooled, however, I was way too tired to give out any information because of the fact that they were calling me at 1 30 in the damn morning ! Is there any kind of solution to stopping this company or are they going to continuously screw innocent citizens!?

Got an automated call from this number today telling me that my debit card details may have been compromised, and to press 1 to verify my details. I pressed 1 because I wanted to see what would have happened, or if I was connected to someone, but it just hung up on me.

Called my husband once, then this number started calling my phone EVERY FIVE MINUTES ON THE DOT.  I timed it.  When I finally answered it on the fourth call, it was an automated voice that said, "Goodbye."

I just received call from this number on my cell phone saying it was from Bank of American and they regret that my gold debit card was deactivated.  I don't have a gold debit card.  I hung up.

This number is back in business again I see...I just got a call on my personal cell phone from this number.  Because I didn't recognize the area code or the number I simply didn't answer.  But, I was curious and this is we where searching for the number lead me.  It is terrible that people are trying to scam and annoy people.

I received a call from this number.  A recording came on stating that my debit card had been compromised and my card was now suspended.  The recording asked me to please hold and I would asked to verify my card number and pin.  I immediately hung up first because if this was indeed from a bank they would state the name of the bank, second the call would come from a toll free number and third they would not ask for my card number and pin. Scammers!!!!!!

I received an automated phone call from this number on 0I8/07/2012. There was no identification as to who was calling only saying "this is an automated phone call". The recording said my debit card could be in involved in fradulent activity. I was then asked to supply my debit card number so I hung up. I called my debit card customer service number and was told they didn't generate that phone call and my account was not in jeopardy.

Someone just called me from this number claiming to be my granddaughter and I repeatedly asked "who is this?"  because I don't have an adult granddaughter.  I believe they are trying to get elderly people to send money or give information.

It's quite incredible that this number is continuing to scam in the same manner for so long.

"Your Debit Card has been Suspended due to Suspicious Activity.  Press 1 to Continue"

I was curious.... but didn't press 1 to find out how the scam is played out.

Some d-bag called from this number saying my card was compramised due to use in fradulent crimes...blah blah blah. I use to work for a Bank of America call center so I could tell it was bs right away, but I pressed 1 hoping to get a person so I could "oh so kindly" give them a piece of my mind, but of course I got more automated questions for personal info. Does anybody know how to stop this crap? From reading peoples posts there extremely rude and seriously harrasing to some people. They called me at 5am, I'm pregnant and just finally fell asleep after a rought night, soooo I would LOVE persuing charges or something against this jerk. If anybody has any ideas let everybody know!

I just got a call stating my bank card might be being used for fraudulent purposes.  The automated voice asked for my bank card number.. (Im not a dumb ass so didnt give it)  Will be calling the police dept to try to stop the calls since they are coming from a land line and not one of my banks.  I urge everyone to call the dallas police department to report the fraud

Yes, I have gotten 3 calls from this number. When  I finally answer they want me to verify my Debit card info.
It was an automated voice,  I hung up and was about to log on the my bank account but decided to try call notes first.  Now I see what is really going on.  It seems the police would be more interested, but I guest the way the law is written, there needs to be an actual crime committed before they can get evolved

Keep the alerts notes coming !
