got 2 calls from this number within 5 minutes. Didn't answer the first one, looked up the number and found this site. When they called again it was an "automated" notice from "my bank" in a town I haven't lived in for a year telling me that my debit card was deactivated. I kindly addressed them by speaking over the "automated" message and said that I looked up their phone number online and know that this is a scam and they are calling from Dallas. They hung up in the middle of my suggestion that they stop calling before I contact the police... hmm...

Just got a call, claiming that my debit card had been deactivated, they claimed to be a bank that I have never even had an account with.

just had 3 or 4 missed calls on my cell, I guess if i had answered they would have some sad story and an event that need my att. glad to see i'am not the only one who get these calls  i even get them at home on a do not call list phone. what can we do about these calls if the powers that be will not listen and handle this problem

Supposedly said they were calling about me or my sweeties timeshare. I said no thank you and hung up. They called from 214-377-5991.

My advise don't do business over the phone or internet with people or companies you don't know.

The calls from this number are coming from a prank call website called funnyfone. I had several calls from this number while I was at work which really made me angry, so after much investigation, I finally found out that they were coming from the website. This and all other websites like it should taken off of the internet. I think this should be considered harassment by the people who own this site since they are allowing people to use their service(I don't consider it to be that)to bother others.

Some recorded message saying I had to "reactivate" my ATM card and to enter the 16 numbers. Yet another call trying to get my ATM number.

I received a call from this number at 1:22 AM for a "Slap Chop" saying repeatedly "You're gonna love my nuts." What is this?

I received two calls from this number today, did not answer. Wish I would have now.

Got a call from this number and they said due to a technical error my debit card (with a certain bank) had been deactivated and I should press "one" to get it reactivated.  The thing is, although I do business with this bank, I have never had a debit or credit card with them.  They have evidently stolen information from them.  It is amazing that this can go on for so long from this same number.

Same call. our impotent govnment doesn nothing.  Bank of Kentucky calling to cancel my atm.

I got 3 calls back to back between 3:30 pm and 3:41 pm from this number 214-377-5991 Dallas, TX and didn't answer them. The fact that this keeps happening to people is harrassment by whomever is the owner of the phone number. Even if they are not the perpetrators, they should by now be aware that the phone number has been comprimised and should be taken down.

I got one call from an unknown Dallas, TX number that I didn't answer. Five minutes later the number called again. Between the two calls I looked up the number and saw what everyone was saying on this site. I answered the second call and heard an automated message say "The ATM MasterCard from Bancorp South has been deactivated. Press one to reactivate." I pressed zero hoping to possibly connect to a human. Well the call disconnected. I do live around Bancorp South but have never done business with them or used any of their services. This is ridiculous that I see this scam dated back to 2009. I am sick of people in this world not being happy unless they are making other people miserable.

I got three calls from this number tonight, I never answered but thought I have seen this number before. So I was a little surprised to see all the posts on here regarding these con artists. Thanks for all the heads up as I will continue to never answer this number!

Wow so many deferent things. My call was on a business listing.  The person wanting to know is we wanted to continue or business listing with them. When I got angry with her and told her it is company policy that we do not deal with companies that call on business listing over the phone.  Se said “someone is having a bad day” and hung up

Someone from this number just called and said they were my 15 yr.old
Niece and that she was in Las Vegas and got a DUI and
Needed money to bail out of jail. Wtf?? Who does that??
I mean thank God I just picked her up from school in
North Carolina and I know she just got her driving permit.
They also called my parents in Mississippi and said

Bail out.  Wtf??? My parents are old.  Why [***] with old people

I got a call on my unlisted residential phone. These people are evidently dialing numbers at random. I do not have any debt card and no young relatives. Not even old relatives.

Someone from this number just called my inlaws and said they were my 16 yr.old daughter and that she was in Mexico City, had been drugged, stole a car and needed money to bail out of jail.  

These are really sick people.

Getting Fraud reports saying they received a call from this number.

I got a call from this number asking to speak to the parent or guardian of my daughter. They claimed to be Delta dental. I was super busy so I said I couldn't talk at the moment. I later called Delta dental and they had no idea what I was talking about. The thing that scared me is that they knew my four year old daughters first and last name and her insurance.
