We got a call from a supervisor "Miss Battista" from NCB Collection Agency stating we owe Chase Bank $11,0000.  She has our address, phone numbers, stated the call is being recorded.  She also said that my husband asked not to call him at home and he exhausted his 401K.

She claimed that another colleague called and spoke with my husband....alll lies....lies....lies....

They keep calling and asking for Angie and I have no idea what it is about..

just called for the 2nd time this week with angry message for somebody who is definitely not me and I've had this phone number for over 3 years. Calling back goes to a vm. company does not identify themselves.

I get a couple calls a week for the last several months from 215-244-4200.  They always ask for "Derrick Thomas".  The recording says to hang up if it's not him, which I do and I've called to ask them to STOP calling me on this number.  It's annoying and I pay for this line, I pay a fee for incoming calls, I'd like them to STOP calling me!!!  How is this legal?

A woman just called our home, asking for what I thought was my husband, and I asked her who was NCB, and what this is concerning. She said they had sent us a letter at an address-which we do not, nor have ever resided at. Then I said I am hanging up, and she actually said Madam, hanging up on me is not going to solve this issue. That was it, I said what issue are we talking about? She then proceded to once again to mention an address in which is not ours,and we have a published number-with the address we have always had and then asked if my husbands birthdate was such and such, which it is not and I replied no. She then actually asked me if I knew of any other people by my husbands name in this area.I told her the truth, no I do not and she she said thank you and I hung up. This phone call was rude,unprofessional and I am not sure if she was not just fishing for personal information that I was not willing to divulge. Be careful with these people , they know darn well by looking up your address, where you have previously resided and such-so this phone call was unnecessary to our residence and our phone number,because we have never lived at the address she was talking about.

I get calls 2-3 times a day, don't even give me a chance to answer the phone, I called back.  Had to give them my last 4 digits of phone number.  Wanted to speak to a man's name I will not publish.  I told them I have asked that my number be removed because nobody lives here by that name, I had to give my husbands last 4 digits of his SS to prove to them, they said they would remove it but after a few months another company will have the account, and they use some kind of system called skip and that's how they drive us nuts.  Debt collector's for other people will drive you insane because you have to prove to them nobody lives at our number that they are looking for

These people make harrassing calls and use unprofessional tactis. They called a friend of mine trying to locate me. These guys have a terrible reputation and are simply vultures in the debt collection industry. You have rights today and these people need to be put in their place dont let them intimidate you.

Female called asking for a me.  When I asked who is calling and the Company she was with, she refused to answer asking me if I was that person.  Who in their right mind is going to communicate with someone or the Company they represent with an attitude and rudeness they project. I am keeping a log of all calls for further action that may be taken to respond to this harrasment.

This number's been calling for a while without leaving a voicemail.  Suddenly my dad started getting calls and the voicemail left said it was from "Bob Venta" and simply asked me to call him back at a number and it was urgent.  My dad finally answered one time and talked to the guy.  He was apparently very fast talking and very rude and refused to reply when my dad asked him to take his number off their list.  Reading some of the stories here kinda creep me out.

There must be something that can be done legally and I'm going to investigate it.  There are a lot of laws regulating what credit collectors can do contacting you.

I have never had any accounts with Chase bank.  Unfortunately, I do have several different accounts in collections, so I'm not sure who these guys would be calling on behalf.  Could be Capital One, HSBC, or Verizon.

A question to those that have automatic payments deducted from their bank accounts and to those who have given this company any ss #'s, WHY IN THE HECK WOULD YOU DO THAT?!
This "business" shall we call them, has called my home repeatedly asking for me, yes, but also asking for my ss#, where I work, who my husband is, what his ss #'s is. I wasn't born yesterday and know darn well NOT to give out that sort of information and anyone who does is a complete idiot!

I get calls from this number at least 5-10 times a day. I would pick up and it says "please hold" and there's noone there. It's very annoying and if you are calling don't have an automated thing talk to me.

They need to stop calling immediately. It's rude and annoying.

Calls insesently, at all hours, every day of the week, wtih no message!  I don NOT anwer any calls that I do not recognize and/or are bloked or "unknown" numbers.  What a pain in my katush!

Calling again for Bobby, like I said for 3 years, give me a break, I have this phone # and they still call for Bobby

Get harassing calls over and over again from Rachel Radick, one of the most unprofessional people I spoke with to date.

Told her could afford so much but she continues to call and tell me how to run my life and make my incurable medical problem better to make more money for them.

Called me asking for somebody else. Was absoulutely positive I was the person they were looking for when I was not.  Told me his name was Rick and that he was gonna keep calling

That Rachel Radick person called me looking for my wife.  She is as rude as can be, but I actually find it comical and get a little bit of enjoyment "messing" with her!  When I ask to take a message and pass it on for her, she usually replies with something like "Why?  Why should I waste my breath by leaving a message for your wife that she'll never return?"  Last night I replied to that by telling her "Rachel, every breath you take, is a wasted breath, so why stop there?"  She gets so frustrated because of my smugness to her I love it!
