These people call my brothers house all the time. Once they told him that his sister was going to jail because I did not show up for my court hearing. I called them and they called me by a last night that I used 21 years ago.. I have been divorced for 21 years. I have not used that name since. They told me that I had a credit card and made payments on it up until 7 years ago. I said, it was not me. Give me the credit card company name and credit card number and I will get this straight myself. He ignored me and told me that If I would go ahead and pay that would cut down on court cost. They call my brothers house all the time.  a recorded message was left earlier with a call back number of 888-347-2365. When you call the number, a man answers the phone and says. Investigations, may I help you

got a letter stating that i owed a credit card bill.ive never had this card.got a call today they had my ss# very scary how someone can obtain my ss#.i called the bbb on them they are sending me information on how to end this.this person also tryed to be rude but im the wrong person to speak to like this i didnt give him a chance to hang up i did it. after i said my piece. need to ban together against them have them shut down.hoply locked up.

this number called for my ex of 20 years ago. She does not live here with me and I have no information on her.  The individual was rude to my wife and I called back and had an (Angela with Oxford Law offices) on the other end. Number was removed.

They called me today. caught me off guard, so I answered. sounded like a black guy with an accent. He wasnt rude, but sounded like he was fishing. mentioned a name of a person he was looking for and went on to state her name and city she was born in. just didnt seem right. If they call back, I'll be ready, unless they use a different number

Lady called sounded kinda sexy and said she was a lawyer.  I picture her in tight fitting business suit.  She say it is very serious matter and I would like the sexy time.  I try to meet her in person and she wouldn't give me address.  I think she wanted payment before sexy time.  Don't fall for her scam, if you want to have sexy time make sure you see the girl first.  In my country this would be good enough reason for amputation.  These scum should stop calling !

Got a call from Marvin Harris of Oxford Law LLC saying my elderly parents gave them permission to speak with me about an alleged debt my father had last paid on in 2006. Mr. Harris assumed I knew all about the debt. Before answering any of his questions, I asked him for his company's name and address and the information related to the account in question. He was rude, had a harsh tone, and aggressive. I told him I would research his company and the matter and hung up.

They are a zombie debt collector. They buy debt that is past the statute of limitations for pennies on the dollar and they try to get people to admit to the debt, therefor resetting the statute of limitations and making the debt valid again.

NEVER admit to the debt!!! Tell them you want their mailing address so you can send them a cease and desist letter via registered mail with a confirmation receipt. They won't give you an address, but they usually stop calling for a year or two. If you do get an address from them, send the letter. If they contact you EVER again that means you can sue THEM.

These [***] just called me at 8:46 in the morning. Good thing I couldn't wake up fast enough to answer the phone or someone would have gotten cussed out. Ridiculous.

Unwanted call almost once every day asking to call back. No reason given.

I would love to find out who this dead-beat low life person who doesn't pay her bills is,  I have been getting calls for the last 3 years for her from every where.  I immediately call back the number and explain to them that I am NOT  the person they are searching for, and they always have been apologetic and courteous and do remove me from their list, but jeese how many collection agencies can be after one person???????

I received a letter from your firm today and I am requesting that all correspondence be stopped as of today's date whether it is by phone or mail pursuant to to my colorado consumer rights. Any further commu nication will constitute a violation of my rights and will be considered harrassment by me CEASE any further communication

Got a call from "Oxford Law" and listened to the message.  The entire thing was Beethovan's Fur Elise which was beautiful but wasted 3 minutes of my cell minutes.  I guess that was their point.

Through FACEBOOK no joke, he actually questioned my friends list asking me if i had family in CA because there was someone on my friends list with the same last name. They even went so far as to call my relatives in CANADA.

Just on a side note they have now changed their name to OXFORD LAW LLC, same numbers, same attitude and rudeness from their employees

I have been receiving calls from different numbers, all looking for a certain KEVIN, which was the last guy that had my phone number. Someone from this number called me looking for him, and everytime I tell them that this is not Kevin.
They keep asking: "So where is he?"
"I don't know"
"What's his phone number?"
"I have no idea who this guy is, stop calling me, is it the tenth time you're speaking with the same person, forget it."

And they eventually hang up.

Everything you hear is true. Lary weil is a real pos. He hires employees and fires them in less than a week.he stays high a straight up pill poper. Has people in management with not a clue on how to manage and are rejects from other agencies that fired them because bottom line, just plain out stupid. This guy weil put his employees in very tough postions such as if you go on not to produce in a day they could be fired. The thing about that though, most of the employees either have a criminal record, no job skills what so ever, or just so old no company want them.the company looses clients and because of this their employees are making no money. If it' s not abput money then what is it about dummies!!!! It's true they have some bad apples that do the wrong thing,but that's larry fault for not fieing them,but when he do he hires them back a month later real joke here.he also have this bootleg compliance department that do not even know the fdcpa or cfpb!!got this flunky there by the name of chuck rider that nco fired because like the other just stupid but have this arian pos as head of compliace are you for real?
