These guys are a pain in the ass.  I've been getting harassing calls from them, on and off, for almost 3 years now.  It seems to go in waves where I'll get a call a night and then I'll have several months where there's nothing.  They claim my phone number belongs to a person I've never even heard of, despite the fact that I've had this cell number for 9 years and I'm on the Do Not Call list.  I've called them three different times, complaining about their harassment and asking to be removed from their list.  Their employees are all rude, have a bad habit of hanging up on  you and tend to accuse you of lying.

On a side note, what the hell kind of "law" firm is open at 7:30pm on a Wed, which is the last time I called them.  And I'm in the same time zone.  They're about as shady as they come and they never actually answer with the name of the company, just a generic "Law office".  If it weren't for the fact the you can look up the number and it belongs to Oxford Law, you'd never know it.

YES ITS A THIRD RATE COLLECTION COMPANY,a cheap one but it does exist,,,i answered the phone and said BLOW ME,,thats right BLOW ME,as they started BABBLING,,i again said BLOW ME,they got hot,so ahgain i said please BLOW ME,by then they said ill SUE ILL SUE,,i again said well first BLOW ME,,,THEY HUNG UP??????????????????   BUT WHY

These people keep calling my cell phone looking for someone I don't know and won't stop.  They say that I'm lying and just not telling them what they want to know.  Sick of the calls especially on my cell phone.  Someone needs to put a stop to these people.  And she wouldn't tell me her name or who she was with, would only say that she was with an attorney's office and that she didn't have to tell me anything else but that I should tell her what she wanted to know so I hung up on her.  But she calls all the time.

Along with everyone else who has posted here, I am getting the calls from this number as well.  Just called them and they hung up on me when I told them I will file a complaint.  GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!  ANNOYING AND HARRASSING!

that called my houses to day from this number215-526-2600 it says oxford  law that need to put this number on the do not calling list thank you. no body lives here by thayt name.

Debt collectors in general get a bad rap..but in this case these scumbags deserve everything written about them and MORE...I worked there and it's like a low life soap opera...

So what they did is illegal if they told anyone the amount you owed or to who. When i was in collection for a brief and horrid time in my life, they told us that was not allowed and the company AND the rep will get fined. So i hope you catch them out

My sister used to live with me and she received a letter at my house. I called her about it, knowing that she had paid all of her debts off years ago. Luckily, her husband is active in the Army and receives a free lawyer. She has contacted him so hopefully something will happen from this. They called me and asked for my Grandma, who was co-signer for a car loan for her, I said they had wrong number and they proceeded to ask me if I knew so and so (my sister) and when I said something about the letter they said they didn't know what I was talking about and when I said the amount they hung up on me. I think that if it was a credible place they would of replied with saying they couldn't discuss that information with me instead of denying it and then hanging up. I instantly called my Grandma and told them to not give them any money no matter what they threaten! I pray something comes out of this and these people are prosecuted to the fullest extent!

I received a phone call from this number on my cell phone. I don't know this person and have never done business with him/them.

This company never sends a letter informing you, what bogus debt you owe. They only  harassing  people whether you owe debt or not. (they don't care). If they are calling you, trying to get someone else, send them a certified letter asking for info on the debt you owed and to stop all further contact with you. Make sure # is listed. After 60 days there is some government dept. that you can complain to, about not receiving info on the debt. If they call, you can take legal action then.

Pretty sure it's a debt collector "Oxford Law".  Call was for the former number holder who has unpaid bills.

I am receiving calls from this number and waiting for hear the message.

They left a automated message for a debt that I know that I do not owe considering they asked for my maiden name that I have not had for 14 years. Once I had answered, my phone has been ringing non stop. Absolutely ridiculous!

I just received a call from this number, but ironically my phone rang only one time and whoever it was hung up fast. I looked up the number here on the Internet and thank goodness I did. After reading all the information linked to this number. I now know never to answer the call.

they are trying to scam me and won't stop. i feel harassed. is there something I can do about this?

This man has called my landlord, my friend at her place of business and my cell phone at least 3 times a day. He asked my landlord if I was involved in questionable behavior and harassed my friend telling her that he knew I was with her, I was not at the time. He told me that the Lexus/Nexus program gives them info on personal contacts and phone numbers. He explained that law enforcement uses this system to track criminals.

Me too. One ring..What is the point in that? They even called on a Sunday. I have no intention of EVER
answering. If they get paid for each call and no contact...pity the caller.  Get a real job. Something to be proud of.

Got one of these too.  No message.   If its truly "debt", it must not be that important (i.e. no message).
