My number is unpublished, unlisted and I am on the "Do Not Call List" funny how no matter what we do  these fools still manage to get our numbers ... but then again any business we are obligated to give our information to can sell it these days  so much for our right to privacy. If I don't know the number I don't answer it.

I've also received the CNAM calls on this number as well as 360-529-3169.  Been on the Do Not Call list since just after it was established.  Today I told them I've reported them to the FCC but they hung up without hearing what I said.

The Do Not Call regulations also prohibit ANY call with only a pre-recorded message (as these are).

I get calls from these people all the time.  If I have the time I like to give them the run around.  Have had many of them hang up on me.  Bet they absolutely love it when they answer and I just scream in their ear.  They are a becoming quite annoying with how often they call but it makes me feel a little better knowing that I can really annoy them from time to time too.

Caller ID pop up identifies 253-246-8518 as "CNAM", called at 11:55am and hung up on me.

Added this number to CallFilter, the app, on my smart phone.  They will never connect to my number again.

I talked with him for 13 minutes pretending that I would give him my credit card number eventually.  Made my voice sound slow and dull.  I told him I couldn't find the card so at what number should I call him back?  He gave me 1-800-847-2911. I chatted more - boring me.  At the end I said in my normal, intelligent voice, "You really thought that I would give you my real name, social security number and a Credit Card number!?"  
I hung up laughing.  I like to keep them on the line so they have that much less time to scam an unenlightened person.  

One other time I did that and the man I was talking to went nuts and said "F--ing!!" many times.  I had told him I was happy to use up his time.

I am retired, and it was fun to waste the scammer's time.

Got a call from this company.  Promised to lower my interest rates.   The lady was so believable that I gave her my credit card number and expiration date after she switched  me over to the automated system and I came back because their system failed to acknowledge when I pushed the buttons.  So she asked me to giver her my credit card number and then said she'd put me on a real quick hold.  After about two minutes, I decided to hang up.

I received a call from this number. I was not home when they called, so, they left a message.

i, too, got a phone call from this number earlier in the afternoon. these people prey on people like mark (i hope you cancelled your credit card!). my cell phone as been on the do-not-call list but these people don't care. you have to call or write to your state's Attorney General fraud office every time you get a call like this. if they get enough push-back from people they may try to do something.

everybody - NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give your credit card number, or your social security number to someone WHO CALLS YOU!

actually, i like gail's playing with them - i've tried it but get too impatient - maybe i'll give it another try.

We are on "do not call" fed list and they are calling us.

the FTC has a million complaints and cannot handle them.  Just hang up. Call ATT about phone block.  I am not sure it will cover this number.

Came home last evening to find this number on my Caller ID.  No message, so screw them.

you cana't block everyone of these callers. they just pop up with a new number from somewhre else. that is most likely the reason that no one can prosecute them- it is like 'wack a mole'.

I have received two calls in the past few days, the most recent at 10:02 AM EST today.  Caller ID indicated "CNAM".  I did not answer either call and a voicemail message resulted.  The voicemail was only two imcomplete words.

Figured I would waste their time so I hit #1 and waited, asked the idiot that answered what I neede to do to get removed from their list and the idiot said "good luck". Told him I guess I would just keep hitting the #1 since I had the time and could waste their time.

Called 10.18 am.  No message

I am on do not call list and these people keep calling

I have been receiving calls from this number for several months.  I have asked them many many times to remove my number from their list, but as of today they are still calling me.  What makes it even more irritating is that I do not have any credit cards.  Beware of this SCAM!!

I got 3 calls from this number last week and 3 calls from them today. I found that I can use *60 to block unwanted calls. I'm hoping that this stops them. I have Comcast, so a different carrier may have a different option than *60.

Scam "banking" call from Kent/Tacoma, Washington...I have been getting a number of unwanted calls from this area code (253) in the last year or so, calls from San Francisco (310) have been a nuisance as well.
