- Dudley replies to DonI also went through the process of filing a complaint with the FCC but the calls kept coming. Finally I was so annoyed that the next call that came in, I pressed the number to talk to a rep. They want to know how many credit cards are in default, for how much and the account number. I told them I had many but they would need to wait while I went "upstairs" to get the credit cards. I laid the phone down and left it. I could hear someone saying "hello", time and time again. I eventally came back and told them I'm still looking for the cards and they said they would wait. I kept telling them how much they would be helping me and how much I appreciated them. They took it all in. Dummys! Again, I put the phone down to continue to hunt for my bogus credit cards. At that point, I went onto youtube.com, played patriotic music, religious music and "monkey riding on a piggys back". After about 45 minutes I got tired of messing with them and hung up on them. They called me back to tell me we were disconnected! I did that same routine for a few more calls that continued on. The phone calls actually stopped for a few months after daily calls that I messed with! Unfortunately the calls are coming back again but not as often. I will be back to messing with them if they continue to try to call and scam me!
- Logan Todd253-246-8518 (CNAM on caller id) just called me. I let it ring for well over a minute while I googled... I decided to go ahead and answer and I said "hello?..." then hello again and then I heard click as they hung up...? weird.
- Harassed in KansasLooks like Card Services has a new more legit-sounding recording. This time they woke
me up. I politely asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl on the line politely hung up on me.
I filed my routine do not call complaint for the Billionth time-I would fill out more, but the past
dozen or so times they have blocked the caller ID info entirely.
What a great way to start the day!
At least she was polite this time...- Caller: Card Services
- DIPFEES replies to TrishDipfees does not make telemarketers anonymous and this number is not one of our customers.
We do require all customers to follow DNC and if they don't we fire them as customer. We do not tolerate telemarketers that call on DNC numbers or ignore any other rules.
We help only legitimate call centers control their outbound caller id name. - donotcallmeI received a recorded call to my answering machine. Their message started before my machine picked up so I got only a partial message about lowering my rates. Had I answered, supposedly I could have pushed 2 to stop the calls.

- CredCard Emplyee replies to unproncbleCNAM = Credit card Number scAM. I work for a major credit card company and I get calls all day from people getting duped by these scammers. Don't fall prey!
- Buddah replies to John K. CravensCall them back and advise them that you are calling the FCC and filing a formal cmoplaint. Write down the date, and time that they called. Also write down the date, time, and the person you spoke with to remove your number. Advise the person that this is the second time you asked to be removed and you are reporting the company to the FCC.
- karedThis number keeps calling about reducing my credit card rate. It is a scam. Report them to the Feds.

- DoNotCallBSThe Do Not Call list is just an excuse for more government jobs. They don't do a damn thing about this, and neither does the attorney general. Answer the call, press the key to talk to a live person, and as soon as they answer press any key for about 30 seconds and hang up. If everyone did this these scammers would get the message.

- Anonym| 2 repliesWe have been getting these calls for weeks. Having caller ID is handy, after they call I get the number back up on the ID, press "1" which then goes before the tel # they called from and press send. This will call them back. Two weeks ago I would do this at least twice a day, get a recorded message thanking me for calling back and telling me that if I were to press "1" at any time my number would be taken off their call list. After about a week of me calling them they didn't call again for about 10 days. If nothing else I figure I'm costing them money by using their number to return their calls.

- DoNotCallBS replies to Anonym| 1 replyIt would cost them a lot more (if you have the time) to pretend to be interested and keep them on the phone as long as possible, giving them bogus information.
- narecorded message left on my phone. I deleted it. I am on the do not call list. This apparently has no effect.

- na replies to DoNotCallBSPlease don't give out a bogus phone number as that person will then get these annoying calls.
- WKCard Services, referring to lowering your credit card interest rates as part of the economic stimulus (this is part of the package). This time hung up.
