I received a call from this number, it was a weird lady with some mexican accent.

They calim to be part of the government services and got all my informations of where I live and stuff.
(They call themselves American Standard Services. I check the internet to get info about this government corp but it does not exists.)

Also, they can not provide me any official proof to show me that they are with the government.

They say they can give me a grant of 4500 USD if I give them my checking account routing numbers and all other [***].

It is a Eastern European phone scam people.... either the Ukraine or Russian I suspect the Ukraine from the background noises a lot of crossed lines.. that number is what is called a rip line it is a dead number that is hotlinked from a foreign number... when I recived the call I picked up on the accent fast I am fluent in Russian and spoke to her in Russian she began to hang up until I said I know exactly how you operate she got hostile and spoke low russian saying grebomey its a russian curse word it does not translate. These calls are becoming more common in the USA now I got them as well living in European countries  it seems this could be the new scam..... DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO........

Received several phone calls from this number before I answered. Same scam as the rest.  Government Grant of $4500 for a $359 one time only processing fee.  Needed a bank routing number to complete transaction. The lady got really frustrated with me when I started questioning her motives.  I hope people aren't really falling for this stuff. Who do we report this to?

I keep getting called from 267-851-6441.  I am in MI.. the call is from PA.... they keep calling my business number then hang up....I called them back and could only leave a message.. I told them if they called my office number once more.. I would pursue contacting the do not call registry.

I can afford to try them out, it's only $369 and I have an account that's solitary from my other accounts. So, today they called and I gave them my info and will go through the process. If it's a scam, I will explain exactly what the papers they will send says, when what happens, and how they avoided paying. I will also tell you if they try anything funny with my account. I get a call from this number at least 2 times a day. Sometime they call during the early hours in the morning. Everytime I pick up the phone, it's silent for about 3 seconds then they hang up. I've never heard any voice or noise on the other end. I'm getting really annoyed with whoever this person is.

I get multiple calls from this number everyday, I don't answer it because I don't know the number.  They never leave a message.

I received a phone call today and was told by a woman with a foriegn accent with a nasty attitude that the Goverment was providing people with GRANTS who have large debt ratios.  When I questioned her that I never applied for any grant she said the Goverment was offering this FREE to American citizens.

She questioned me havent you ever heard of GRANTS before!  I responded I never heard of them offering any GRANTS without anyone applying for them and they are usually offered for housing or education.  She then told me the amount would be $4000 and she needed to verify my information and the name of my bank which I was reluctant to give.  I questioned why she would need the name of my bank, she insisted it's just a bank name and went on to tell me not to gamble or vacation with the money that would be sent to me.  I continued to agrue with her regarding the details of her call.  She got angry due to the interrogation and said I should receive something in the mail in 2-3 weeks then terminated the call.

I checked the internet regarding the name of this company and nothing shows up, I believe that this is a scam and I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commisisson under this telephone number

I suggest we all do the same since they are using the Goverment's name as the purpose of the call.

Alright I have the scoop on how they get your info right here... Being 16 and still having a touch of immaturity it me, it seems I filled out a form online with the name Mr. [***] McWrinkle and I said I lived on 302 Hick St. So, it's looking like that's how they get your information. I'm pretty sure I filled out this information on a popup or something dumb like that... So watch out when you put your info out...

I get calls from this number all the time.  They are calling my cell phone.  I never pick up because I don't know the number.

This company calls me at least 10 times a day. They hang up when I answer. I don't know how they got my cell #. I wish their was a way to stop them. Tmobile gave me a # for the do not call list. 1-888-382-1222. Or a web site www. donotcall.gov.

They have called me at least 20 times in the past month.  Sometimes 3 times a day.  I have left 5 messages for them to stop calling and they have not stopped.  Finally today i answer and a woman was on the line.  I immediately asked what company and she said American Standard Financial and i have been awarded a Government Grant for like $4,000.00 She said her name is Lisa and that i would be taken off her list.  Made it very clear if anyone from that company where to call me ever again i will sue and get my $4000.00 for harrassment. Well see if it got thru her head. She said she would automatically but me on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  We will see if she has $4000.00 she wants to give away!

I do not know anything about this number and who is calling, but whoever it is , is very annoying. I  recieved some info recently about going to collage and am wondering how in the world these people got my unlisted number. Thank you everyone that has found out that this is a scam and posted that info.

the heavy accent woman called this morning telling me I  was selected for a free grant of 4500.00. I let her know quickly that I was a needy person and had been investigating grant helps. When she got to the 359.00 part I simply asked her if she expected me to just giver her my account number. She said in order to deposit the grant monies into the account  it would be necessary. I replied that no one would get anything out of mine at its current status and the bank wouldn't allow such a high purchase with almost zero balance.  She then said it would not be needed to be debited from the account until I receive the paperworks in the mail on the 22nd of June...I said my rents gotta be paid at that time then she said how about the 29th!  My caution lights were well blinking and I said how about a number I can call you back when I'm sure nothing would bouce bank on either of us....she gave me this number ** 866-569-2573** for customer service.  
I checked the call in ID number which is the one we are reporting about and went straight to the library computer to check them and found this site after I had already contacted the BBB with their name and number for investigation
