Oh my god!! Wow, you guys are great actors. Unfortunately they're not falling for my scheme. I had my husband pretend he was a police officer and he would answer the phone "Sgt. Malone, State Police, this conversation is being recorded"...well, they probably know what i'm doing--they're still CALLING. I don't know what to do?????

O.K., I never received any paperwork, I just called to postpone my pay date and tried to get there website. I was told by the operator and manager when I made the deal that I would get the website after confirmation, but the lady I spoke to today, the manager it sounded like said there was no website. I'm gonna post this on the scam alert site and contact the authorities to monitor the situation.

This company appears in are caller id as Fax Global. And they offer us $5000 and does not have to pay back because is a goverment aid. They ask

I went ahead with this just to see if it was a scam.  This so far is the only site I found on it.  This is what has happened.

I was told the same thing most of you have been told about the $4500 dollar with the $359 fee.  I paid the fee they said I should receive papers in 3-6 weeks.  I was nervous and called them every few days after they gave me the 866# with a confirmation code and a talk with a supervisor.

2 days a go I finally received a manilla envellope with a packet and a letter inside.  The packet was a glossy cover with the picture of a goverment building a flag and us dollar on it.  Each page is to say having the same kind of back ground picture/water mark. It is a questionare asking a variety of questions about income, your housing, vetran status ect.  At the end of the pamphlet it has a letter saying they are not a goverment agency that they will reveiw your information and refer you to the correct agencies which can help you.

Last paragraph says:  Customer explicitly confirms he had duly authorized our company to debit from his bank account or credit card the funds to pay for the products and/or services provided to him by our company using the information about said bank account or credit card he provided at the time of purchase.  The present terms constituted a legal and binding contract and replace any other agreement that Customer may have made prior with us Customer confirms that he authorizes our company to disclose his information and answers to the present questionare, including for the purpose of allowing third parties to communicate offers that may be of interest to Customers as evedenced by Customer's answers. This authorization shall include the right to contact Customer by mail, email, telephone and or any other means chosen.

**Basically everyone this means you are giving them the right to continually with draw funds from your account with out any other prior approval and, any agreements made prior like a deposit of $4,500.00 is voided.  Also they will give out all personal information to 3 parties to use as they will.

A man called and asked for me.  I asked what the name of the company was.  He told me it was some kind of Financial company.  I asked what it was regarding and he just said, "is this jessica?". After I would not tell him if  I was Jessia or not, he became irritated and said he would call back.  I told him clearly not to call back I was not interested.  He then said, "okay I will call back later" and hung up.  I am so tired of this stuff. Sadley I have recieved calls like this all day for like a week.  Help!  If you know how to stop the calls let me know please!!

I got this call while I was on vacation. Someone called, the phone rang twice and they hung up. When I called back, i got the answering machine.

I just received a call from 267-851-6441, but no know spoke when I answered.

That phone number comes from Gaborone, Botswana near Africa. Its a scam and I have reported it to the FCC and another private sector governement affiliation. However this will only stop them temporarily so please continue to report anything out of teh ordinary.

#267-851-6441 is belongs to several companies one of them is USA Financial and they are the ( build your credit company ).

I just received a call from these guys, it's obviously just a scam. They got my address wrong, and asked if my name was John Smith, a name I use for fun sometimes online.

I was curious though, and before checking this website out, I called back and left a message saying I really am John Smith and have applied for government aid. Now If they call again I'll try my acting skills. I doubt I'll be good at it, but I'll have fun in either case. If they call again after the next one I'm going to call the Austin City Police department.

this number just started calling me today, and i called it back, and i got a recording telling me to leave a message, or to fax them! ive heard about scams like this, is there anything i can do to make it stop, or am i going to have to change my number? any info would be GREATLY appreciated! they have already called about 5 times! and am i being charged something rediculous when i called them back? because i saw on here that it might be in africa!! just let me know!! thanks

Received a call today from a foriegn sounding lady from the 2678516441 number.  She told me i was eligible for a 4500 grant from the federal government,verified my mailing address and then proceeded to try to get my bank routing number, i told her i never give that info out on the phone and then came online to search for information on the telephone number and stumbled across this site, she said nothing about a $359.00 fee at the time but got off the phone mighty quick when i said no to my routing number.  Glad I found this site.

were on the phone with these people right now..my boyfriend picked up the phone and they asked for me...but he asked if he could be eligible. and now he is messing around with them! we've gotten pretty far, and its hilarious..they lady is catherine, she has a very heavy accent. PEOPLE DONT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR REAL INFORMATION!! ITS A HUUUUGE SCAM...JUST PLAY AROUND WITH THEM. IT'LL GIVE YOU A LAUGH! =)

I keep getting 5 or 6 calls from the #267 851-6441 (fax global) and no one talks, and when i have tried to call it back all I get is the recording the line is being checked for trouble, also had the same thing happen w/ 913-248-1105 the caller id on that says millenium marketing

My husband applied for a loan on line, and these ppl started calling saying he had been pre aproved for a $4,500 grant (free money) and she needed his bank info, She instructed him to pay a one time fee of $359. Luckally he was weary and told her he had to talk to me, ,she then told him not to call her, she would call him back. Thats when I googled the # and saw all of these messages with the same story, same accent. call your local police, please.

THANK YOU for the post. I have been getting repeated calls from this number on my cell phone the last few days. I googled the number and got this page. I called and left a message on their machine telling them I am on the Do Not Call registry and if they call again I'll call the FCC to file a complaint. We'll see if it does any good!

apperently the 267-851-6441 number is a company called "Core Communications" ive done MULTIPLE checks and thats what I got so keep an eye out, and just screw with them, I spent 2 houres leaving rude, blank, and obnoxious messages and the stopped calling, they recived my Number from another company know as Satin corp a "magazin subscription co." with ONLY women working their and an Unknown caller ID they want you to subcribe to 5 magazines for 3 payment of 29.95 they later change it to 33 pament of 32.50

My husband and I recieved a phone call from 267-851-6441 and they are American Standard Financial. Or so they claim to be. It's a HUGE FRAUD! They claim they are able to give you a govt grant. They gave us names, employee #s, tracking #s...the whole nine yards. Said we'd recieve forms in a few days and the check via priority mail in 72 hours. There is no website that I can find, and the BBB doesn't list them obviously. The lady calling had a thick indian accent. My husband fell for the scam and gave them our bank account information Oh wow, found that out as I was posting this. BEWARE PPL!

Class action law suit anyone ??? Theese people piss me off !!!!
