Just got a call on my cell from this number. I did not answer and no msg was left.

Received a call from this number today.  Didn't answer and no message was left.  Pretty annoying if you ask me.

Caller left no message I din't answer because I do not know anyone with a 302 area code.

got same "missed call", no message.  Am registered with Do Not Call Registry, just verified, and filed a complaint.  Advise same to all.

I got a call from this number today on my cell phone while I am out of the country.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I better not have to pay for that call!!  So annoying.

I also signed up for the National do not call registry and lo and behold am now getting odd phone calls such as this on my cell.  All of our phones were registered so I don't know why these calls are coming now!

Just got this, too.  You can file a complaint at donotcall.gov if you have put your number on the Do Not Call registry.  I did, and everyone else should, too, to stop these dirtbags!

Hummm, so others have had the same experience.  I never get calls ordinarily from people I don't know, so this stuck out.
It was a very brief connection, but I thought I heard "(garbled) has sent you a hate blast."

As I profoundly despise anyone who attempts to victimize others, I am reporting this to those who investigate such things, starting with my service provider. I encourage all others to do the same.

I just got a call and found out it is a company named Cosmo Here is the web site http://www.heycosmo.com

i got this one today too.  dead air on other end.  called back, got "heycosmo.com; please wait while we look up your account."  i didn't wait.

A message was left on my cell phone as a "missed call".  Since I have relatives and friends out of state, I called the number back.  It referred to an Ipod - and asked me to stay on the line to see if I was a "grand prize winner".  I hung up.

My company pays for both incoming and outgoing call on my cell.  This is not acceptable and I'd like to know who to report it to.

Received a call on 12-5-2008. No idea who is calling.

Called my work cell number - at the U.S Forest Service in California - in the evening and chickened out and would not leave a message.

rec'd a call 12/3 at 6pm, didn't answer
