this person left me a message about how i know how to get a lot for a little, and he is a dollar menu millionaire from McDonald's.

robo call- cosmo something, "do [I] have gambling debts?"

I did not pick up. I let it go to voice mail, no voice mail was left by caller.

I received this message and I was so happy, so happy that someone had finally called me. I am a cancer patient and I have about 2 months to go..
I did'nt undestand what he said, my heering is none to good. Just very nice to get a message from someone..

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I was busy & didn't answer. It went to voice mail, but they didn't leave a message.

If you got a call from 302-336-7401..  It came from HeyCosmo – owned by Arsenal Interactive, Inc, 2672 Bayshore Pkwy, Suite 808, Mountain View, CA  94043.  Their office phone number is 650-282-2900.

What they are doing is against law and per FCC rules you can take them to Small Claims Court in California and they are subject to a $2500.00 Judgment for every time they call after you give them notice not to call or if you are already on the Do Not Call Registry, they are subject to that fine immediately.

Call them over and over at 650-282-2900 until they quit harassing us!!!

Ever since I entered my cell phone number on the national do not call registry this out of state number (302) 336-7401 has been calling my prepaid tracphone cell phone number up to 5 times in a row eating up my minutes without leaving a message.  This can not be a debt collector for me because I do not owe any debt or give out my  cell phone to anyone except my boyfriend who is a lawyer.  In my state the only way to enforce this is to file a complaint in federal court but currently the filing fee is more than the cost of the minutes eaten up.  Apparently the telemarketing company calling also knows this.  However, once the cost equals the amount of the filing fee I will ask my boyfriend to file a class action suit against them and post the information here for those who wish to join me as a plaintiff against them.  Thank you to everyone for taking the time to share your information.

I got a call today from this number but no message

Just got a call from this number on my cell about an hour ago, didn't answer because I didn't recognise it. No message left. Is this maybe a scam where phoning back ends up costing more than it would appear?

Received on my cell phone.  Did not answer because I did not recognize the phone number.  Also, I have this phone on the do not call list.

got this call today, did not answer, phone message stated that it was sponsored by McDonalds and to vote for dark haired guys or red haired guys as to who was the funniest?????

This number asked me if I preferred mystery meat or "tri-tip" for barbecue. It was really odd. Of course, I picked it up when just waking up, so it made even less sense and I didn't catch "who" was doing the survey.

I received a call from this number at 9:29 am. The ID was unknown so I picked it up thinking the area code was from a family member. There was a recorded message saying that James has a holiday hate message for me and to retrieve it I should push 1. I immediately hung up and googled the number.

This call was probably generated by a service "PRANKSTER" on the www.heycosmo.com a website owned by Arsenal Interactive, Inc. (650) 282-2900.  This part of their business produces robo-calls to cell phone numbers on the "Do Not Call Registry" is not legitimate and they should be fined accordingly.  They do have other legimate business services.

Several people are concerned that their website heycosmo.com is being used by businesses to bypass the "Do Not Call Registry" to determine information about them and their cell phones.
(The main source of the problem may be the “PRANKSTER” service.)

I got a call from this number too. I didn't pick it up since I didn't recognize the number. A message was left....just dead air...

Got this call and the "robot voice" said he wanted to know if he should choose the sweater or the vase for his mothers gift. Hung up the phone and checked in here. I do not appreciate someone sending me calls that I will pay for through my cell minute program. This must be stopped.
