Called today.  Didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

Got called twice this morning on my cell from 302-336-7401.  I did not answer the call and a voicemail was left both times of just continuous static.

Just received a call from this number in Oh. I was looking
  for voicemail and mistakingly started dialing the number
  ( Which I quickly ended )! For the split second it started
  dialing, I noticed it read " DELAWARE ".

just random phone call with no message, I have registered with do not call, but don't know how they got this number

called tonight at 6:25pm MST as I do not recognize the number and know no one Delaware I will continue to disregard the calls.

got called 3 min ago thought i pissed someone off till is listened to the message just dead air - freaky

Call came in this afternoon. Let voicemail take the call...message was mostly static, then an advertisement for McDonalds. An internet search on the number revealed several sites with complaints about this number and the company behind it - Arsenal Interactive (heycosmo.com). Most people stated they complained to the FTC, but the company is still in business, and making robo calls. Apparently, the do not call registry is worthless. Some have stated that they complained to the BBB, but a search of the San Jose BBB site indicates that no complaints against Arsenal Interactive have been received. So, the BBB also appears to be worthless.

Call to private cell phone issued to US Government employee for official business.  No message was left.

So I was sleeping and then I get a call from this number. At first it told a story of how they had lost their money at a casino and then it asked what excuse to tell their wife... "Press 1 to tell her I bought her a ring"... etc.

I recieved a call from this number today at 11:29, but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize it.  There was no voicemail left.

missed called but number is unknown to me

i got one today too.  left no message.  are they trying to get our numbers some how?

Called cell phone today. "Message" nothing but air. Somehow was erased from "missed call "list. Believe  it is a scammer or other unsavory character. Just hope they dont take the number down and sell it to telemarketers or something?

I just received a call from this number. They left no message.

I got a call from this number as well and of course didn't pick up.  the message that was left was an automated survey about which McDonald's burger I thought was the best.  Kinda weird...

I missed this call today.  Thank you all for verifying this is a prank call.  Please continue to report.
