Got a call from this # on ,y cell but didn't answer or call back. Thanks for the info.

Did not recognize # and did not answer.  No voice mail message.  Checked this site and discovered it is bogus.

I just got a call on my cell phone from this number.  It's a recording asking what I'm bringing to the tailgate party.  A massive 'covered dish' prank perhaps?  The area code is in Delaware, I'm in Jersey today.

Got an automated call from Cosmo from "your friend Joe" about two cars. 'Press one for Corvette, two for Ferrari.'  I hung up on them.  HERE'S WHAT TO DO: First, go to www.heycosmo.com and have your number blocked.  Then go directly to https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx if your number is on the national Do Not Call list.  Be sure to enter your number that the company called, the company number (302-336-7401) and Arsinal Interactive, Inc. as the company name (HeyCosmo is just a service that Arsinal Interactive, Inc. owns the intellectual property right to provide).  This is a crock that this company should get away with this.  Go block your number and report them to the national DNC list, it is our responsibility as consumers to fully and thoroughly report bad business practices.  Oh and if you get another Hey Cosmo call, report them to the better business bureau!  Taking action is so simple online, it is our civic duty despite any potential nay-sayers with a vested interest in this annoying marketing attemp.

I just received a phone call from this number this afternoon. They did not leave a voicemail. Just happened to search this number because I don't have any links to people in Delaware. Seems like this is a scam based on the comments here.

So I received this call and did not pick it up because I did not recognize the number.  I listened to the voicemail and some guy was asking what he should buy his mother for christmas.  THen it turned out to be a McDonalds commercial.  Arrrg.

got a call on nov 15, 2008 725pm..totally unable to understand voicemail left..it was completely garbled. lasted at least 2 minutes..unknown number

Same thing here. Got the call 4:15pm 11/17 on my cell. Didn't pick up, and it left a blank 2 second message.

Got a call from this number at 4:30pm on 11/16. I didn't pick up & they didn't leave a message.

Same here I got the call at 3:56 on 11/18/08 on my cell phone and I did not pick up and like everyone else I surprise to find the same number here after googling it

unknown number called my cell number. I checked the area code and recogized it as Delaware (I have a chart with this info-don't know all area codes by heart) no message left

got a call this afternoon on my do not call listed cell phone. did not answer.  message left was 1 second of silence.

i just got a call from this number as well. didn't recognize it so i ignored the call. has anyone reported it to the phone company?

It is a prankster hotline. Different people can set up prank calls to you that is why everyone is getting different messages. There was a Wal-mart advertisement on mine as well. I did not retrieve my prank record as I was afraid it was one of those phishing things as well. Some people have nothing better to do.
