303-280-8689 Product Development Company called 10:56 AM 15 Nov. 2017.  Hung up when answering machine came on. I assume that this is the customary follow up to the delivery of 5 copies of the new YP November issue of the Yellow Pages at the foot of our mailboxes.  Nobody here picks up these books and they become unwanted litter. I assume that this company is hired to deliver these books as AT&T cannot put them in ther mail box as that would take postage thru the US Mail. The fine for lettering is $1000 per violation.

Robocall wanting to confirm something about our business receiving a phone book and then it provided options to be transferred to someone that speak English or Spanish...

Called and was disconnected after answering. I must not be very important to them since they did not have the decency to respond to me. Product Dev Cor according to caller ID.

They call and call.  I don't answer, they never leave a message.

Receive the call early this morning ,  no message left .  I will not block this number because people said they are just following up on delivery of the YP phonebook .  These other comments were very helpful thank you

These scammers have been calling for over 10 years....still not falling for it.

Product Development Corporation calling to confirm that a phonebook was delivered or if their independent contractors just throw them in a dumpster.

Got call from this number, caller ID said caller was "Product Dev" and I was suspicious, not recognizing the number or caller and had no previous business connection with "Product Dev" or any company similar. I called the number and got a recording from "Product Development Corporation" about a "survey," and giving an option to "opt out" by pressing a number. WHY should I have to opt out of an illegal phone contact when I'm on the DNC list? And why, since this number has been active since at least 2007 (!!!) haven't the feds done anything about these illegal dials????

I did not ask for a phone book, I did not ask to do business with whomever is delivering them, I did not provide my phone number to them. Therefore, Yes, DNC DOES apply.

Technically, you don't pay for phone book delivery.  These are not sales calls, so I don't see how the DNC would apply.

called but I did not answer, they did not leave a message but my message to them is Do Not Call !!!  I am on the Do Not Call list and I record all incoming phone calls on my line and you would be surprised at the amount of telemarketers who hang up as soon as I get them to listen and tell them that I am recording their call.

Yeah -  another telemarketer. Caller ID says Product Development Corporation. Turns out they deliver yellow pages - another thing no one uses any more... Thx all for posting.

Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. Okay, phone books. Makes sense now. I just received two this week. One was from YP Holdings LLC. Came in the mail. The other was just lying at the end of my driveway.

Junk business phone book delivery verification call. We get these every year on our porch. We don't even recycle this kind of waste anymore. They go directly into the landfill. Maybe paper will get so expensive these marketers will be forced to quit this nonsense.
