A recorded greeting tells you they are the Product Development Corporation and they're calling because they're delivering a telephone book in my area and I was randomly selected.

Phone book went straight to the trash. What a waste of paper.

I heard someone breathing but nothing else.

Hang Up... I blocked.

Answered and no response.  I am on the do not call registry

Caller id was PRODUCT DEV COR.  Call was already blocked.  Had phone calls from this number with this caller id going back to 2013.

Well it looks like putting this company out of business has not worked. What happened to class action lawsuit?

Caller ID stated: Parduct Dev Cor, 12:33 PM, Jun 21, 2018, 303-280-8689. I was on holiday when this call came in, therefore I didn't answer it. I am shocked to see this caller has been abusing the American public since Jan. 25, 2007. I am on the DNC list, why have these scammers not be shut down? This is revolting.

Caller ID indicates "Product Dev Cor". I blocked number so don't know if they attempted to leave a message. This is the fourth spam call this afternoon from area codes I do not recognize that are more than 500 miles away.

caller id said product development. What they do is go around to various places and dump off yellow page phone books that rot on the side of the road and are actually litter. Have considered turning them in to the sheriff. It's not legal to toss stuff on the side of the road as far as I know.  called and left a message that I was going to have them cited for littering.

These are the guys that come around rural areas and toss stacks of yellow page phone books on the side of the road. Litterbugs if you ask me.

So these "ex cybersecurity guys" can "hunt down" scammers overseas?  Amazing.

Message was partial as if I picked up while it was being recorded!  Said to press one if I got “the directory” or 9, if not.  The answer would be forwarded to the company.  If I had anything further, I should reach Product Development at 303-280-8689 or words to that effect.  I did not call back as it did not sound like more than ro-bo. I blocked call.
