Called. I did not answer..I have a panasonic phone system on which i can block numbers.  I have several numbers blocked and this number is now blocked.  Blocking really works..One ring & it's dead meat..  I loovvve it.. Everyone should have this phone..Hmmm.

It's not a scam.  A nuisance yes, but not a scam.  It is a company that hires independent contractors to deliver local neighborhood phone books and they follow up within a couple of days with a random sampling to verify the books were actually delivered,

Attempted scam and fraud. Reported to federal authorities.

I have an unlisted and non published phone number and address and have Privacy Manager on my phone. They called my number and hung up when I did not answer, and left no message. It said Product Development.

Given the long history of this scammer, you'd thik they'd have given up a few years ago.

I got a call from 303-280-8689 at 2:00 pm on October 16, 2017, about the time telemarketers call.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Product Dev Cor."

I've never heard of this firm and they did not deliver a phone book to me.  If the call was important enough to make in the first place wasn't it important enough to leave a short message?  I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years and I never buy anything from telemarketers, yet they keep calling.

If somone's on the Do Not Call list why bother to call them?  They are not going to buy anything.  That's why they are on the list.  Maybe this is why one irate person dubbed them teledummies.

That's funny.  I once got a call from June Carter (Cash?).  I didn't believe HIM because she is dead and he sounded Indian.  Ha!

Did you get a phone book delivered recently ?    They are calling to verify you receive the phone book.  NOT A SCAM.....DNC DOES NOT APPLY

I picked up and the person from PDC offered to give me a [***].   I said "Cum on over!"  but no one showed up.   It's a scam.

They keep calling.  I don't answer and they never leave a message.
