This number keeps calling me. I have gotten 6 calls since yesterday. I answer and they either hang up or ask for me then hang up. WTF! Does anyone know how to report this number? It is really weird and annoying.

Someone just said "MMMMHMMM." What an effing annoying caller!!! Don't people have anything better to do? I would like to personally hunt down the people behind this number. Note to people who keep calling: I will seriously HURT you if I ever find you!

I've been getting the same call. They asked for me by name. The only difference is when I call back it says the number is temporarily out of service. I made the mistake of putting some personal info hoping to get something for free. Do NOT enter your personal info unless you know the site. Maybe that is where this is coming from?

It's Sunday morning 9:30 AM. My wife just answered the call from a man on caller ID 315-207-4761 from New York. She thought it was a person we know who was calling, so she picked up. They asked for our young daughter and she said, "may I ask who’s calling please." They hung up. I wandered that if I were to Google the number, would I find anything.

Be aware. Organized crime has become very very organized. You are only answering the phone when you are home. This gives the caller a time frame when you are home and when you are not home. They may be documenting the times you are away. This tactic increases the odds of the burglar to enter your home with minimal risk of getting caught. Let your answer machine screen your calls. Never give them the chance to know your schedule. Furthermore, never let them know any personal info. Some callers may ask what type of computer, TV, car, size home, income you have, amount of debt or even where you work.

they keep calling me too. I never pick up but they never leave a message.

They have already called twice today (it rings twice but then nothing). Also starting 3 days ago and nobody answer  just said " enter your code " or something like that i'm really frustated my copany is at& t i don't know if this justhappen with us

I just got a call from that number too. Interestingly, the only place I've given my number out lately has been a few of those online 'send me more info' forms, because I've been looking for an apartment here in California. I wonder if we all have something in common, like a website?

i get a call from them and then then asked for by name i said they werent here next time im going to say  they were killed

I have gotten 12 calls from them today!!!! it is only 2pm CST. I'm calling them and leaving a message that they kindly stop calling me. They dont leave a message or anything. They also do not answer the phone.. WHo leaves a voice mail greeting sayinig " You have reached our customer service" without a company name

called and hung... called back and got that annoying message. tried again and someone would just answer then hang up without saying anything

i just ignore the calls when they come in, but looking at my call log i've gotten 9 calls from 3 different numbers in the past 4 hours.

I have gotten 5 phone calls from this number, 315-207-4761.  I did answer the first time and said I wasn't interested, but they keep calling.

Just got a call - asked to speak to me - I said "who's calling?" then they hung up. I'm grateful to have found this website to verify it's a crank.

Keeps calling, no answer when I call back. Claimed on one call to be a customer service.

Got a call from 315.207.4671.  Called Verizon and notified their legal team. They will respond appropriately and expediantly. Report this number to your cell carrier for quickest way to choke this demon. Our privacy as been invaded and it's time we speak up and take action.

calls all the time never says anything

Okay, this is embarrassing, but true. I was looking for a job on a popular website the other day and began to apply for a job in rating hotels that I stay in. My current job already requires me to stay in different hotels every week, so this seemed like it may be right up my alley. Once I began the online survey, I came across a checkbox marked *required* that I had to select to "apply" for this job. It said I must allow myself to be emailed by tobacco related companies or products or something. Can't remember exactly. Anyways, when I saw this, the red flag went up that it was a scam, so I just closed the page, but made the mistake of not deleting my information first, because not much more than an hour later, I received a call from 1-800-793-0282 from a young girl claiming I had signed up for a college degree program. I told her I knew that was not true, but I just started to apply online for what I thought was a job and asked her if that is where she got my number from. To my surprise, in a disappointed tone, she said "probably." Sensing she was probably some naive young girl that was duped into doing her own job, I politely asked her to take me off of their calling list, and she politely agreed. Well, today I just received a call from 1-315-207-4761 and with a quick search, found this forum. They must be buying our information from websites that are designed to collect it. Hope that helps some one understand their situation.
