Rec'd call from this number at 9:14 on 10/15/10 from "card services" I listened to the whole message until the part about press 9 to speak to a rep.  I pressed 9 when the man came on the phone I said, I would like my number taken off your list and do not call.  He ask WHY, because I said I do not want unsolicited calls to this number.  He then said that is not a valid reason.  I said excuse me but this is my personal private home number and I do not want you calling me, I then ask for a supervisor and he said "your not worth it" and hung up on me.  Yes that makes me angry for him to call me and then talk to me like that.

My Mother recieved a call late lastnight from this number. She lives in Tenn.

Just got a call from this number. They said they could lower my credit card interest rate

Received a call.  Just didn't answer it.  No message left.  Caller ID is so handy.

This number calls us often, I would like to block this number.

same story as "lab" reported 2 days ago.
left message that said "there are no current problems with your credit card, but it is important you call us to discuss how to lower your interest rate."

Yep, called me too but didn't leave a message. By the way, i'm also in Tennessee, like a lot of other people who seem to get this call. 317 is an Indiana area code

Also received three calls in 24 hours and live in TN.  No message just hangs up.

Received a call from this number on my home phone. I tried to call the number back to see what this was regarding and got a busy signal.

I also recieved a call this afternoon, did not answer, they did not leave a message.  If you have a cell phone, your carrier might have a block-call service, our's cost us $4.95 + tax pr month for each phone, you have to have a 1 year contract and if you want to stop the service, it cost $150.00 for that.  You are had by the people calling and the phone service you pay for each month.  Get on the do not call list, turn these callers into any fraud departments, spam, and spoofing places you can find on the Internet.  I hope for me this is not going to force me to pay for the blocking service.  I'm 70 and don't need this in my life.  It makes me wonder if the phone companies are selling our phone numbers to telemarketing companies.  That way the phone company, can sell us the blocking service.  Is there anyone a person can trust these days!!!  Good luck to us all.

Didn't answer of course!  These slim balls need to have somebody locate them and take care of business!!  They hung up before the answering machine picked up, so likely it's a robo dialer.  Looks like it's the first call from them anyway....so far!

I'm in Knoxville, TN also.  Received a call from this number at 9:36 AM today.  I did not answer it.

Unsolicited telephone call

this number is a link to an outsource center that tries to get you a credit card...i ask to be transferred to the no call list 3 times this time i threatened with legal action and was transferred to a different department which of course hung up on me ... i called the number back and it is disconnected. i will be filiing a complaint and i advise that anyone who has recieved calls from this number do the same... time to shut them down.

ok friends i spoke with the FCC and this is a well documented scam, they are not a legitimate company it is a personal information fishing scheme. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.I called the Federal Trade Commissions consumer number and filed a complaint. here is that number 1-877-382-4357. Please call them and lets finally put these guys off the air.

I have blocked this number from with my phone company..if you have comcast phone service, you can enter *60 and that is "star 60".
you can then enter phone number you wish to block from your service.
