3175594012 -- a call that is identical to ones places from New York State and Florida. I have received them for the past three years. No pressing a button to be removed works, nor does asking. Interesting that the protections that are in place are not working with this company!

They have been calling me for over five years, they have been reported to the GOVERNMENT DO NOT CALL SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT STOP. I have actually gotten into a cursing fight with them, the one girl called me and told me she would call me any f------ time she wanted to, and nobody can stop her.

I have received several calls from this # - but didn't answer. Thanks for the heads-up! I live near Knoxville. Tn.

How the hell do I get off this annoying list? Every WEEK the same thing! Is there anyway since I have reported this to the Do Not Call Registry with NO help

I just got a call from this number and it is Thanksgiving night!   I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer either.  Caller ID says Out of Area....but did show the number.......

When I waited to talk to someone so I could ask to be taken off of their calling list, I was asked if I speak English and was I located in India. Please help get these scumbags out of a job. They need desperately to join the unemployment ranks get in the food lines.

Left message about lower the interest rate on my card, although I have no cards.  Go figure.  These people are very annoying.

"Card Services recording" and recording said press 9 to lower rate.  I have one credit card and 0 balance.  I nicely asked if they could give me the name of the card company this was associated with, and she slammed down the phone.   Not a disconnect, but a slam on a receiver.    FYI-large corporations dont use hand sets to slam.  This is a scam.

the best thing you can do is press 9 and when you talk to someone act like a interested customer and ask a million question and whenever they ask for info just make up some numbers. keep them on the line for as long as possible. you just might get an adress out of them.  post it and then all hell can break loose for them.

Just received a call from these scam artist. They are rude and are a fraud! I'm in Nashville,Tn. I have Comcast and have blocked their number.Hopefully this works!

I received a call from this number today. Didn't leave a message, but caller ID says "unknown caller". I'm in Nashville, TN and call came in at 8:43 AM.

Received call from this number 12-21-2010 at 7:59 PM EST.

Dialed 9 to find out what company they were representing. He told me that they were Experian and tried to get my credit card numbers so he could reduce my interest rates. I did not give him my numbers and he argued for about 20 minutes as to why I should. I finally hung up on him and received a call back a few minutes later from 417-675-3944 with a message on my answering machine that it was the Tennessee Credit Reporting Bureau and all of my credit card accounts were being cancelled. I reported this to the FTC and contacted Experian to give them the information for their investigation of a company using their name to extract credit card information from unsuspecting people. Keep on reporting! Maybe they will be caught!

This number has called my phone several times, when I answer there is dead air.  I am on the Tennessee No Call List, but that means NO CALL, not call and hang up. Received a call from this number (317-559-4012) at 2:45 PM 12/28/2010.

I received a call from this number about an hour ago. I picked up on the third ring but they did not answer (were not there?) when I spoke.  I know to not answer the next time they call.

I received a call from this number on  both of my phone lines within 2 minutes of each other. When I answered nobody was there. I tried calling back and could not get threw. They are using a spoof number. I am in the Tellico Plains/Coker Creek area in TN.

I received a call today-- I do not answer numbers I do not know or just say blocked or unknown.  I wait tto see if leaving message- then if it is someone I want to talk to pick it up.  Most if not all the time it is unknown or blocked it is someone selling something or asking for money.

Got a call from this number.  Don't know who it is but feel if they will not leave message not important.  I make it a policy I do not answer calls that say unkonow or blocked unless they leave a message and I want to talk to them.  Caller ID is best -- look efore you answer.

Received calls from this number for months claiming to be from Card Services and to press 9 to reduce my card rates.  They were not able to tell me which card they represented only that they would reduce the card rates on the one with the highest balance.  Hung up on them, again.  Caller ID only indicates Indianapolis, IN 12/30/10 9:39
