"Rachel" from "Cardholder Services" called again today. Have reported this number to DoNotCall more than once. Are they targeting Tennesseeans?

I don't even have credit cards and they still call me! Poor Rachel must be very lonely.

I have told them I had no credit card, it did not stop them. I live in Clarksville, TN. Blocked it with the *60 service from Charter and filed a complaint online with the FCC. A whole lot of good that will do but at least I did it.

1- 317-559-4012. Tried to get specific location through area code an prefix search. Comes up no such nbr.

Re: 317-559-4012.  I received this caller today on my Answering Machine while I was out. The caller left no message. The area code was 317 -- in Indiana. ... (I live in TN.) ... The Caller ID revealed "Unknown".

It appears that the "Do Not Call" List is another Government Joke!

Also received a call from this number, but did not answer.  Caller ID showed "Indianapolis IN".  When I called the number back, I got a recording saying that the call did not complete.  BTW, if they have a PRI, they can "publish" whatever phone number they want for the caller ID.  We have a Cisco Call Manager at work and whatever I put into the system shows up for caller ID.  I know this because I accidentally mistyped the area code and would see it when work would call me at home.  Our government will not (and maybe cannot) do anything about some jerks in another country.  The Do-Not-Call list is only good for companies that operated in the US.  Best thing to do is ignore the call and maybe they will stop calling it, but I also like the whistle idea.

Also from TN ans received a call on both my home and cell numbers.  they did leave a message stating there are no current problems with your credit card, but it is important you call us to discuss how to lower your interest rate to 6.9%."...  We are on the Government's 'Do Not Call List" which is usage.

Number called 11:51 a.m. 4-11-11 - did not leave a message.

Iam so sick of the people call my number..They are very rude...Iam also in East tennessee....I went and bought a police whistle and when they call me I BLOW THE WHISTLE<<<<maybe their ears will ring...Try it seems to work for us

My family was contacted  by 317-559-4012. There were two people on the call and they were able to give our address, mothers maiden name, last four digits of the card number and even the security code number on the back of the card. The first rep said that we were contacted because we qualified for a reduced credit card interest rate. After information was verified, we gave the rest of the card numbers. It was then the credit card rep said this was a scam and informed my family a charge of $699.00. After some choice words from my family, the foreign rep said that people like us deserve to be scammed and that we had it coming to us. We then asked where he was calling from and he said Afghanistan and the money was being used for a bomb.

Sick people in today's world!! They seem to be targeting Tennessee so watch out!!

I recieve unwanted calls from this number.

I receive calls from this 317-559-4012 number over and over.  I am registered in the National do not call and also Tennessee do not call.  But they still are coming.  I pick up the phone and then lay it back down when they call which cuts them off imediately.  But I am still tired of them calling me.  I would like for them to be forced to stop.

Search V05052023...I think their Russian.  I played with them on the phone and they showed their cards.  So much for the TN no call list.  That's the "S" State & "F" federal goverment????  PS: They don't have a lot of common sense.????
