I am also from Tennessee. I have been receiving calls from this number 2 or 3 times per week and on weekends. It is a fax sound or computer sound of some sort, so I allow the fax to pick up, but it doesn't. I haven't yet received a voice call from the number, but I do get voice calls from other numbers claiming to be "Card Services." They never tell you what "card" they are representing. Most people have more than one card account.

I got a call also... well several within the last few years, actually. When I pressed 9, I got a busy signal...?

We should get our new Mayor and Bill Haslam to do something about this!

They're calling east TN again.  
My theory is to simply dump the call when I realize it's this same credit card scam.  I never press 9 to talk to them because they are trying to steal money from me and are IDIOTS.  I don't talk to idiots.

In the last few weeks I have been getting a lot of calls from unknown name and sometimes unknown number. I always let the machine pick up. They seem to be increasing.

I'm near Cookeville.  First I've gotten this call, I think, no message left(of course).  I usually write down and keep track of unwanted calls.  After I google, then ad the name if it's on here.But even that has become annoying.  So, far I see no mention of who exactly this is.  Too many scams out there it seems. I never answer unknown numbers, but they sure  get EXTREMELY annoying. The Do Not Call List should prove just how well the government can take care of it's citizens.   What helps too, is satellite has caller id, if it is working I don't have to jump up for the phone. I just ignore, what else is there?

Got a call today at 4:00 pm  They said that they were Card Services of Pennsylvania.  They have called several times, and I have requested multiple times to get my name off of their list.  They said they were with a third party  and the do not call list did not apply to them.  They listed off several national banks they were "affiliated" with.  The guy who called said he was "Steve".  He had me on the line for over 12 minutes supposedly taking my number off their system.  I have called the Tennessee Public Service Commission.  Keep track of the call dates and times and get a name if possible and have the Public Service Commission sent you a complaint form so they can investigate these jerks.

We received calls on our main home line , children's
ringmaster and computer line within 1 minute
of each other.  All displayed the same caller ID.  Only the call to
home line had the recorded message.  The other 2 were silent.  All 3
are supposed to be on the TN and National Do Not Call List.

I typically get numerous calls from this scammer over a few days and then a few weeks of no calls and then they wear us out again for a while.  This has been going on for a couple of years.

Reported to TRA and donotcall.gov AGAIN.

I too am near Cookeville and a call from this number this afternoon at 1:14 on our ID.  Didn't
answer it and didn't leave a message.  What good is adding your name to the do not call registry if
you can not get it enforced.

all phone companies no matter if its with a regular phone co. or comcast or charter. they all have call blocking. the only thing is everytime one of these companies call you from a different number you have to put in what ever number the phone co. gives you, say 60 or 10 or what ever. and do it quick before someone else calls you.

I got a call this morning from this number and no message and i also live in TN.

keep geting theses call this time today i ask please stop calling my no ( he sai f''' you in a'' lady repeated it 4 times and hung up, i'm on no call list what a joke

Same thing got the call, pressed a bunch of numbers and Nine went through, asked to be removed and he started asking for my name and phone number, I asked who he worked for and he said experian, which is false, that's a credit reporting company.

Then he said in a his Indian Accent " Lock your doors I am coming to your home" and started laughing.

I talked to one person who wanted to lower my interest rate and told them i am on the do not call list and they ask me to hold while they took my number off their list, came back and said they took it off yet every day they call me around 5pm!  I have reported them and will continue so every time they call

I will  average getting one to three call from this number and it Starts with this is Rachel and this is your last chance to lower your interest rate on your credit cards press 9 to talk to a live operator to get the information you need. It is your last chance--every one of the calls have the same automation message.  I have gotten different response and ask to remove my number from their call list, However they hang up before I have a chance to finish my sentence. This was one who stayed on with me and even wanted to come over tonight and we would have some fun,  My Son and  A Guy friend was here and  they heard his smart mouth.  He even said you are an old woman and  I have a young one..
He told me I owed $4000.00 on my credit cards I ask which one do I owed money on he said all of them Visa Master Card and Store cards.  I told him I did not owe any on  any card & never go over  to need a better rate. This goes on and on, he said he was in Orlando Fl and we ask for a number to call him back and we looked it up and it was an OK.  WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS?????
