Just got the call.  Pressed one to speak with someone.  They asked the make and model of my car, I asked to removed from their call list and was hung up on

I am on the Do Not Call Registry and I am getting several messages a day from National Car Warranty - 321 504 7429.  This Company needs to stop this and action taken against it for not abiding by the Law of Do Not Call.

I got a call from 321-504-7429. Saying "Your warrenty is about to expire." So I hit "1" to talk to a rep. The kid said. "Warrenty Service."
I asked what company. He said "Warrenty Service" Again asked What company. And he hung up. Next time I thing I might ask him The make and modle of his car.... LOL

I am so very tired of getting phone calls from differing states.  I would get a new unlisted number, but I found out businesses, scrupulous or not, can just pay a fee to a service and get it, all the while I am paying another fee to keep people from getting it....sigh.

I got a call today, same as I have many times before from that number on this forum: 321 504 7429. This - as all of them - are not valid numbers, so reporting that to the FCC for a do not call violation is useless. Many many people are getting called by these scammers, who are phishing for credit card info and will rip you off.

This number is the same number from where I get the "This is Heather from Account Services" scam. The 321 504 7429 number is NOT a valid number. Instead you should report to the FCC and the FTC the criminals who are responsible:

recorded call says they have tried to reach me numerous times regarding my car warranty & if I don't respond now, my warranty will be cancelled. I just hung up because I've had this kind of call before. I called the dealer where I bought my car & they said it's a scam. I'd get something directly from the dealer if there was a problem with my warranty. Stupid jerks just keep on scamming new ways everyday. Wish I had nothing better to do but sit around all day thinking of new ways to scam people. What is this world coming to?

Just got a call from that same number. Instead of car warranty, offered lower credit card rates.

These people keep calling no matter how many times you ask them to stop. Nobody wants telemarketing calls, so why not ban them entirely? Those career politicians are all bought and paid for by the Direct Marketing Association, that's why. The DO NOT CALL registry is a total fraud upon the public; it was never intended to be enforced. The Republicans & Democrats are just mocking your intelligence by pretending they care about your property rights. If you voted for them, you deserve these harassing phone calls.

When I asked to be put on their dnc list they hung up on me. They use a fake number on their caller ID but this toll free # is their actual number.

someone asking me if I wanted to lower my interest rates on my 3 credit cards(which we don't have , but one of them) when I ask who they wanted and who they were, they hung up one me. Would not give me the name of the company.  I told them that what they were asking  was none of their buisness, before they hung up on me.

I got a call about lowering my interest rates.  I don't owe any money though so I pressed 1 to speak to an agent.  The agent refused to provide any company name but "Card Services" and refused to provide any address, phone number, fax number, etc. info.  Actually she hung up.

The telephone rings, I pick up, I say hello, and a recorded message starts to play. The message begins to tell me about the opportunity for a lower interest rate is about to expire. It didn't mention what type of lower interest rate, and to what. There was no introduction as to who was make the call. At that point in time, I hung the phone up so hard and so fast I thought I broke it.

They only called once, on 8/21/2008, and didn't leave a voicemail.

When I attempted to call number back I got the "you have reached a number that has been disconnected or no longer in service" recording.

At first a nasty woman hung up on me twice, after I asked what services they provide. Nelson told me, "we offer lower interest rates for credit cards". I then confirmed my phone number and told him I am on the DNC list and not to contact me again. He told me he would do so. I will let you know. PLEASE FLOOD THIS NUMBER WITH CALLS, MAYBE THIS WILL STOP SOME OF THE CALLS.

321-504-7429 phoned my home Friday 8-29-08 with a pre-recorded message stating my cars warranty was being reclassified.  I get calls from this number once a month.  I wish this nonsense would stop.
