Received a call from the number 321-504-7429, which was listed on the Caller ID as coming from Cocoa, Florida.  We live in a different state, so it was odd to receive the call in the first place without it being from someone we know.  Then they left no message, but called again and it was a recorded message concerning a warranty that made no sense to our car.  We simply deleted the message.

I just got the call from 'car warranty about to expire' .. I pressed 1 as I wanted to speak to someone . was gonna be really nice before I would say there is an 11k FINE for these calls! .. BUT .. after about 12 rings or so . a LOT .. girl says, 'can I have the make or model of your car or truck!' .. I, therefore, could NOT 'be the nice person and ask ?s:) .. sooo I said  I have NO car or TRUCK .. click was what I heard ..
I am lucky as they cannot get thru here again . .years ago I got TWO (broke one;( gadget where I can reject or delete callers .. MUST have caller ID . company no longer exists  .. BUT they are NOW on reject . may get ONE ring but that will be it .. Wish I could tell you all 'go to the place I went to get one'. but NO more as I tried to replace the other I broke (water .think) .. Shame ..

I never had this problem until I registered my cell and home numbers to the DNC register list. Makes me wonder how safe it is to register to the DNC list. This number 321 504-7429 is not the only number calling me. There are a couple others. But I never got them till signing up to DNC. My cellphone number I hardly ever used, its a prepaid cell that I had for a year. It was for emergency use only. I recently registered to DNC list and now suddenly, I get a call from some company or telemarketer. So I had the voice mail turned off. I dont trust the DNC register list.

We have received 2 of these calls in the past week and received one about 3 months ago.  If you figure out a way of getting rid of them let me know!

This phone # calls me all the time and I'm on the Federal and State DO NOT Call list.  
This time I was prepared.  
I pushed button 1 to get a live person and proceeded to
tell him my KS Attorney Generals name, his work address and his state dept.
phone number.  He will be getting the spiel in his mail at the Capitol within a few
days.
I don't know if this will work but maybe if enough people can pull it off by giving
their att. gen.'s info .... the paperwork he will receive should have all the info he
would need to do something about these unsolicited criminals.

Like others, the recording said our car warranty was about to expire. (We have a car we bought in 1995. I think it's already expired.) I pressed one anyway. Asked the name of the company. "Warranty Services" was the response. Asked where they were located. Hung up on me.

OMG!!  ktb001!! Your post is the SAME THING I would have typed!!  I called them back and had the whistle ready but it said the number was disconnected or no longer in service!  We've got to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!  With me it was credit card services and when I asked the specific name of the company, they hung up on me!!!

A-MEN!!!  This is unreal, isn't it??

Marge - its a good idea but all you do is increase the number of people working at DNC to file all the complaints. You don't really think your government is at all interested in you and and petty problems like phone calls? They have bigger problems to deal with like the size of their office and how fancy the coffee machine is. If they were at all interested in solving this problem they have the power to do something - if they feel like it. I wonder if those government morons have the ability to read sites like this to rellay see the extent of the problem. Ever notice there are no complaints coming from government workers?

I got a call from this number saying it was "Heather" from account servicer calling about lowering my credit card rate. Personally, I do not own any credit cards.

I have got this call from these numbers, which I now store in my phone as SCAM DON'T ANSWER.
