I am getting the same call multiple times a week. Just again today. Yep Cocoa, FL. I am or WAS on the DNC. We need to stop these people. It's beyond annoying!

Calls once per day regarding extending the warranty on my vehicle.  Leaves useless voicemail at 10 or 11 AM at my desk phone.  It says "press 1 now" which of course does no good because I work third shift.  My car hasn't been in-warranty for 130,000 miles.
I think the system is just dialing numbers (randomly or sequentially) in a desperate attempt to drum up a few dollars in business.  When they used people (TOO EXPENSIVE!) companies couldn't afford to waste time and money dialing unknown numbers.  Now with phone servers and auto dialers, it is easy to misuse (ABUSE) the telephone system and people's time and patience.

After finding this site, I went straight to the DNC website and reported them.  I will do it over and over if I have to.  Every time they call, I will file a complaint.  Everyone else should do that and maybe they'll finally be stopped.  Very annoying. I usually miss their call, just get half a message on the answering machine.  But, if I am home, I pick up, say hello to make sure their auto-call connects, then lay the phone down on the table and let them hear my tv or radio.  Works for me.

321-504-7429 number shows up as Cocoa, FL on my Caller ID. They left no message. But now that you mention car warranty, I was getting those all the time. Then they stopped. Now this one has started. Aaargh. I'm on the DNC list, lot of good it does.

I get frequent calls from these people on my home landline. They get a message that my message box is full, but their number shows up on my caller ID and when I try to return the call I do not get anyone. Most often I get a phone company message that the number is no longer in service. Some of these people have a line in their message saying that if you do not wish to receive more calls from them "press 1 now." That does not work. If you do get a person and ask to be removed from their calling list, that just puts your number out there in cyberspace one more time! DO NOT give them any information to be associated with the number, such as your name. They do not have any idea who their calling machine is calling until you tell them who you are.

They call several times a week.  I've told them 3 times now not to call.  Please, everyone- FILE A COMPLAINT ON THESE LOSERS WITH THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  If you tell a business not to call, they are NOT allowed to keep calling you.

Who passed a bill to allow this? Resign!
We live in Kern County, CA. and it's National Auto Warranty. You press the "do not call" option and it works for two days and then they have a new number and start doing it again. I take care of my elderly parents and these people wake them up when they are trying to get needed rest. There must be a leprosy filled hole that we can toss these con artists in. Do people actually BUY their insurance when they do this? They must be stupid and gullible.

I agree with the poster who said the Bushes are responsible. This is a Federal CRIME. They are doing this NATIONALLY. We the people did NOT vote to allow these people to do this! No one in congress gives a #$%^ about the right to privacy anymore...as long as we're helping billionaire CEO's and catching those terrorists! I wonder if the callers make more than minimum wage..?

Just got this call on my cell phone for the first time. I think the next time they call (if they do), I will play their game and see if I can get any legitimate info from them. That information will then be submitted to the FTC, and by law, can fine theses doofuses $10,000 PER violation. If this happens to any of you again, take what information you have, and file complaints. The more complaints the FTC receives, the more they will realize they can make a good example out of companies like this.

they are calling me on my WORK line, several times a day.  I've asked them to stop, been hung up on, and have now sent them an email threatening to sick the work lawyers on them if they don't stop calling.

I received a call about how we can save a lot of money on our credit card by lowering our interest rate.  They said it was URGENT (???) that they talk to us, and to consider this "your final notice".  After getting this call multiple times and opting out by pressing 2 (that did a lot of good), I pressed one and spoke to them.  I said that we kept getting the same call and they say it's our final notice, and I wished it was our final notice, but they keep calling over and over and would they please remove us from their list.  They hung up on me.

The next day we got another call.  This time when I got to someone I pretended my phone was having problems and asked if I could have a number to call them back at if I lost the connection.  It was 888-226-5185 (incidentally, when I pressed *69, the number that called me was 321-504-7429).  I then asked to speak to a supervisor.  They gave me to "Mark".  I told him the same thing as the previous day.  He said, "I'll take care of that for you right away sir" and then he hung up on me.

I immediately called back and asked to speak to the supervisor Mark.  Apparently, "he stepped out".  Darn my lousy timing! ;)

Then I looked up the 321-504-7429 #, found this website and it's all about car warranties expring.  Well gosh darnit, we've been getting THAT call once a week or so for months too.  I never imagined that both calls were related.

The person who said Mark stepped out promised they would remove us from their list.  We shall see.  Further action will be taken if they don't.

The DNC list doesn't protect businesses. When a call comes in on other than my main line I know it's a random call, and it's usually a car warranty pitch, a health insurance pitch, or an accept credit cards pitch.  Today's first was from "Heather" at (321)504-7429.

Call claiming that the interest rate on my credit card was going to increase.  When I asked which card, I was told my "visa/mastercard accounts."  When I asked the speaker if he was calling from the issuing bank, he hung up on me.

Called my business line. Automated message saying something like "This is Heather, and your line of credit is about to expire." I didn't get through the whole message; just hung up.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone, so I pushed "talk: so that I could call them back and the recording said that it was either a wrong number or it was disconnected.  How could that be when they just called?
