Got the call from 321-504-7429 at 9:39am this morning from Auto Warranty.  They had called numerous times before, but I just let the phone ring. I realied they were using the same company name from different numbers.  The last time I answered, I said I was on the DNC list and not to call me any more.  The person said okay.  Today I said the same thing and was hung up on.  After reading that we're all being treated the same way, despite filing complaints with the DNC registry, I called my cell phone company and filed a complaint with them.  File complaints with your phone service provider.  Maybe that will help.

approx. 2pm on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 - received guised telemarketing call from 321-504-7429.

Rcd a call (recorded msg) opted to spk with a rep about rates??? a woman came on the line and when I tried to get addl info about the company she became rude thn h/up on me...  I called 1-800-649-1856

I spoke with a customer service rep advised what happened, she stated that they have stopped all telemarketing calls since June, advised many people complaining about telemarketing calls to this date and calls are still being made to this date from the telemarketers.  She stated she will have a manager call me back to discuss further. Also advised phone number 321-504-7429 came back as disco#, I will submit more info when they return my call and if they do not return my call I will call them again & again & again...

There is much more out there regarding telemarkting tactics and harrassment.  Every where I turn I see an increase in these harrassing calls.  I for one would like to know just what our government does to protect us, and what penalties are being issued to these companies...  I wish someone like John Walsh would go after these telemarketers and televise a few telemarketing busts so our government would be forced to really stop these calls.

I have received a few mystery calls, but this one takes the cake. I only started receiving this call after I signed up to receive a "FREE" Barack Obama button through the mail, just last night, from a website called http://political.moveon.org/obamabuttons. Coincidence, I think not.

I keep receiving calls from this number to my house...they do not leave a message.  When I call the number back, I receive a recording stating the number has been disconnected.

Please help me to get them to stop calling me.   Both of our car warranty's have not expired.

got a call from this number and they would not speak to anyone othere then the head of the household... i said go ahead they said no they had to speak to the "male" head of the house hold...

I too have repeatedly received ANNOYING calls from the 321-504-7429 telephone number. When you call back this number, you receive a message that the number is no longer in use (obviously not true). The Federal Trade Commission or an appropriate State consumer protection agencies must stop companies or individuals like this from conducting business in an unethically and perhaps a fraudulent manner as the parties hiding behind this number appear to be doing. Caution: DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE CALLING ON THIS NUMBER AND TRY TO OBTAIN INFORMATION WHICH MAY BE USED TO IDENTIFY THEM AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE TURNED OVER TO YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.  The world is difficult enough without scam artists hiding behind anonymous telephone numbers. Recorded message, I pressed 1 to speak to someone instead of pressing 2 not to get further calls (bogus they keep calling) spoke to a James who stated they are Warranty Car Services so I also asked for a number to call them... he gave me 888 998-9893 (just as quickly changed the last digit to a 4) I called both numbers and reached someone at the 888 998-9893 the gal refused to give me her company address put me on hold to speak to a supervisor (no supervisor came on) the gal continued to refuse to give me the address of the company and also stated she knew nothing of the number on my caller ID. I'm calling the phone company and make complaints.

First, this is NOT a scam. It is however a ripoff. The company *represented* is Royal Administration, a sub of Hanover Insurance. Web site http://www.royaladmin.com I talked to this company and they do NOT sell warranties, they provide them for companies to sell, ie a used car dealer or this dirtbag in Florida calling against the DNC. The person I spoke to was interested and a little miffed that someone was representing them and making cold calls against the DNC. So the company and auto warranty are legitimate, it's the seller who is operating outside the law. Possibly more on this later.

Second, this is a rip off as I was quoted $3005 for a warranty to extend to 2013/100K miles with a $100 deductible. I can get from my dealer the best bumper to bumper extension of the factory Nissan warranty they offer 8 years 100K miles and a $50 deductible for $1685. When I spoke to Royal she told me no one there had any way of telling me of $3K was high or not, ie is the seller making too much profit. Either way it's close to double the price of the factory equivalent. I will update if I get info on the actual seller.

The number rings as out of order and the call is against two do not call lists.

recorded message saying that my car's warranty is about to expire but doesnt specify for what kind of car I have and who it is. I know my warranty is not expired specially when my husband works for the insurance company we have our car insurance through. WHen you call the number back a recording comes up stating its been disconnected.

I just got a call on this 321-504-7429 Cocoa, FL for auto warrenty I asked for a supervisor was told 3 times he was the supervisor.  When I told him he could not hand that BS to me and to put the sup on now he faked a crappy southern accent and said he was someone else. I am not sure who these people are but if anyone finds out please post it on here I am more then happy to file a person lawsuit if the "National Do Not Call" people are not going to do anything about it. I hate people that are just out to steal from others.

7/31/08 2:49pm. Second call. No messaage on the machine. I also get a lot of junk mail offering to extend my warranty. No price info, or any other real info. Except sometimes they do have my car make and model listed correctly. I mentioned it to the service tech at the dealer and he said they are all just scammers.

I rec'd call about 15 minutes ago, pressed 1 to speak to someone. When asked if I could VERIFY my make and model of my vehicle I said "no".  The guy asked  "Why not?"  Unbelievable!!!  Anyway, I informed him that I was on the DNC registry and was promptly informed by the "gentleman" that since they were not selling anything (then why are they calling me????) they could call me as often as they liked and he would call back tomorrow!  
The best thing to do is to call your phone company and let them know, they can tell you how many complaints are against the # and whether it is piggy backed to a different #.  They can also give you the federal ph # to log a complaint.  It is a computer generated complaint line and takes about 2 minutes.

The woman said okay and I hung up.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the do not call registry.
Also - My car is a 1991 junk that nothing works on it.
I should have seen what they had to offer and then get it fixed at there expense.
I also suggest making death threats to the caller. That way, for any legal action to be taken they would have to reveal names and addresses.
Then the information could be made public. (Personal house address etc...)

(They always say that) I hung up.

Left absolutely nothing on the answering machine.

just got this same call, pushed one to talk to someone.  Waited through about 20 rings, when a man picked up.  Asking for the make and model of my car.  I was half way through stating I wanted to be removed from this number when he just hung up.  Number comes up as Florida.
