We just got a call from this number the caller ID reported that it was a wireless call, the caller said  "This is Rachel from your credit card company"

The number 347-263-2551 showed up on my caller ID. It was not answered, and no one left a message, but I was curious as to who it might be, so I Googled the number,which led me here. I found it odd to get this call so soon after having recently double-checked that I am still on the DNC List.

Got one of those "Rachel from Cardholder Services" wireless 347-263-2551 calls today. Pressed 9 when prompted and kept their rep on-line as long as possible, talking in a falsetto voice and feeding her all sorts of fake info about a credit card I do not have. Finally, I said, "Thanks for talking with me. My mommy doesn't ever let me talk on the phone with real people, but she's not here now." Click. They have not called back.

Their number is 888-577-7963, every one call and ask for Mike King. This is some rip off trying to get people to give them up to 15% of any deal they make to lower rates on credit cards or loans. They do nothing. TAKE YOUR MONEY IF YOU GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. SO DO NOT TELL THEM ANY THING JUST CALL AND LET THEM KNOW YOU CAN CALL THEM ALSO!!!!

What so many of you seem to be missing is that the DNC registry is in place to regulate and restrict LEGITIMATE companies. This is obviously a scam by criminals attempting to gain personal information from gullible and unsuspecting people. They don't give a rat's a** about the DNC. How can so many of you not put two and two together? The fact that you took the time to google the number, click through to this site, read the posts, and then post your own comments shows that you are doing more than most, but to continue to scratch your head and say, "WTF, I'm on the state and fed DNC, why do they keep calling? I checked again and know I'm active on the DNC, I asked them to stop calling, I told them I don't have any cards, etc," is stunning to me. Even more stunning is "Why don't the feds do something?" They can't stop the vast majority of criminals functioning in the open, how are they going to track down some insidious criminals in the bowels of NYC using untraceable cell phones?

Cardholder Services called over and over and over.. told to stop over and over and over!!!!!!!!!!!

The scammers are looking over you credit reports and then call you and may say "we aka who ever" are calling to collect a dept.. we need to solve this

Once again, another robo-call from "cardholder services".  This time I listened to their message ("There is currently no problem with your account but it is urgent that you contact us immediately!") and then pressed the key that would connect me with a person.  Hah!  After some silence, a guy named "Jameel" came on the line.  There were a lot of voices in the background; He was obviously in a marketing "boiler room".
When I started asking questions (spelling of his name, name of company) he hung up.

I get these calls all the time. I decided to answer and see what it was they wanted. When they mentioned about lowering the rates on my CC. I asked which CC are you talking about. They answer "Oh we can help on any of your cards". Then I said "So this is your sneaky way to get my C.C. number." and bang they hang up on me. Creeps!!!

I'm on the do not call registry and why am I getting these calls. If being registered doesn't stop this sort of thing WHY even bother to register?

Well, Mike King is, in fact, their president.  I asked to speak to him, but he is "on vacation."  Yeah, right.  I gave the lady who answered my phone number and told her in explicit terms to remove it from their call list or I, as an attorney, will take Mike King and their shady company to court and pursue a complaint through the FTC.  Number to call is 888 577 7963

Unfortunately, there's a limit to how many numbers you can block. In the case of my AT&T account, that's 6, and after that, I have to punch a lot of buttons to remove on and more buttons to add one.

I pressed 9 to get a person, who turned out to be a motormouth who wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I needed to inform him that I'm hearing impaired and loud and slow does the trick. He was loud and fast, and after my forth "excuse me" I just hung up on the jerk.

Received a call from this number, didn't answer. Caller ID says WIRELESS CALLER. They waited for my machine to pick up, but didn't leave a message. I've blocked the number after reading this page. (I'm also on the Do Not Call list.)

They call me at least twice a week and each time I request removal from their list.  Each time, they say they will remove my number - then they hang up on me - very rude.-- AND they keep calling.  Last person said her name was Patrice from the Qualification Department of Card Services.  She said Card Services is the name of the company.

Just got the same call for the second time in as many months from 347-263-2551 telling me I am eligible for debt consolidation.  I too am on the do not call list but they seem to get through.  Can't call them back either and as the other poster reported
