Hi y'all, received a call today (13MAR14).  Did not leave MSG.  Thanks to y'all 4 info; and I cheque 800notes.com and then put number in our mobile devices as a Contact with Do NOT Answer and in this case Credit Card SCAM!

They said they were from something called "NAMBLA". They asked if I had any young boys that were interested in a summer job. When I Googled it I got very pissed off. Does anyone know where these people are? I would like to burn them all.

They won't quit calling! And if you ask them not to call they hang up on you!

I have warned these people that if I can find a class action law suit against them for harassment, I would look into it.  They don't care.  They just keep calling my 'do not call' number.

They are trying to steal your credit card info.  Report them to the FBI.  They asked me for my personal info, so I gave them bogus card number, bogus expiration date, bogus birthdate, etc, and he "confirmed" all my info, what a laugher,  Obviously just trying to steal credit card numbers. lowlife scum.

There are many “cardholder service” operations, some recycled from previously sued swindlers. The card service “companies” often change names, call centers, and drop box locations to stay one step ahead of the Law. Don’t do any kind of business with any these criminals, who hire “drug addicts and people who can't find normal jobs”.

Called my DNC landline on 03/19/2014 @ 11:48 AM from Arlington, WA. Caller ID shows Marysville. No message was left. Apparently it's a new day and a new number for Card Services. As always it's a CallerID4U Landline being used to scam us. CallerID4U Telecom revenue sharing program with all the Washington scammers.

I keep getting calls from these a**holes. This time when they called and asked who I was I said you called me, who are you? Kristen identified herself but when I asked the name of her company she hung up. Go figure. I lodged a complaint with the no call people. If they keep it up I'm gonna talk to my lawyer.

What would happen if I blew a really loud whistle into the receiver when these lowlifes call?

We have an old wav sound file on our computer that we play for the callers with the old ATT disconnected tone and "Were Sorry the Number you have Dialed has been changed to a non-published Number"
This works wonders in having them remove your number from the scam companies lists.

I used a similar recording until I realized robo callers can't hear my recording any more than a whistle or air horn. They just transfer the line to a live operator if the line is picked up. They're smart enough to know the difference between your recording and being switched to the phone company's recording.
You inadvertently validated your number to the telemarketer which was exactly opposite of your intentions.
The best solution is to ignore callers you don't know and block their number if you have that capability. This is also far from perfect because they can call from another number. In the case of Card Services, they and their knockoffs have been calling daily for years from different numbers so blocking is virtually useless.

Called my DNC registered landline on 03/22/20 @14 03:49 PM from Arlington, WA. Caller ID shows Card Services. As always no message was left. Card Services has called me daily for years. They rarely reuse a number making them  virtually impossible to block unless you're capable of blocking all Washington state area codes. They call from several other states as well so you can limit your exposure at best.
This is just another scammer using a CallerID4U Landline. This teleco hosts all the telescammers calling from the Pacific Northwest through a revenue sharing program. Google CallerID4U if you're interested.

I received this call at 12:38 PM 3/25/2014 within 9 minutes of a call from the same source using a different number. They call me daily and some times multiple times each day. I have asked to be put on their "do not call list". i have advised them I have been listed for years on the "National Do Not Call" list and that their extensive calling is harassment.  I have no interest in their services but  they continue to call and harass my wife and me daily and more often. They give me a first name obviously fake and refuse to provide their address even though i inform them they are required by federal law to do so. Re Telephone Consumer Act of 1991
