Friend, it doesn't sound at all like a notice or threat. It sounds like a pitch to entangle us. Don't answer these calls.

Friend, don't waste your time and energy citing law, morality, common courtesy, the do-not-call list, or any other good or useful thing. You are dealing with none of the above. Don't take these calls and if you do take one by mistake, hang up. Then call your governor, state reps, senators, and congressperson and demand action to protect us.

Friend, the FCC has other priorities, like massaging the telecom giants. You and I and our safety, privacy, or peace of mind are not among their priorities. Sorry!

I got 2 calls from the same number, 40 minutes apart.  First time, it said BANKCARD SVCS.  Next time it said CARD SERVICES.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize.  So, they ain't getting anything from me except the sound of my answering machine.

Rec'd this call 4/28. Just stood there and listen to the telephone ringing. I would love to slide my hand through the receiver and place it around their throat and squeeeeeeeeeze tight.

I have been keeping a log of these calls and have filed a complaint with the FTC. Since I made the complaint and have kept track of my caller ID, I have received another 23 calls since 2/25/14. I don't think the FTC is able to get a hold of these guys but when I filed the original complaint, they told me NOT TO ANSWER the calls because that gives them the information that your number is live and then the calls will increase. I haven't answered any calls from them since that time but I still receive two to three per week and sometimes multiple calls per day. They go by Card Services, Bank Card Services, Card Member Services. The numbers I get are 360-322-6668, 360-322-6667, 360-322-6663, 360-322-6737, 360-322-6685. Would love to sue their bums off.

If everyone who is receiving these calls will take a few minutes to

file a complaint with the FCC we can collectively put a stop to this

harrassment.

I continually get calls from this number (comes up as Card Member Services).  Each time I ask for them to not call back, but they do.  I will then ask how many times a day they are going to call me only to be told "as many times as we want to call you".  There has got to be something done about these calls, repeatedly throughout every day.

just fyi some numbers area codes look like us calls when in fact they r from over seas so check b4 u call

Card Services robo call...  Came almost a minute after another robo call.  

The Do Not call list does not work!.................Is anyone reading this?
I have already registered MULTIPLY formal complaints with your agency about CARD SERVICES,
SENIOR SHIELD, BANKCARD, BANK CARD SERVICES and now PENNYSYLVAN CALL & MARYLAND CALL
I quit talking to them, I am now just recording the unwanted calls.
Today's date is 5/1……    It is the same message, the same voice of the previously reported companies. Other dates of reported illegal telephone solicitations by an automated registry include:

I got a call from 360 322 6668. I called back and got a recording saying to press 1 to be removed. I did. Let's see what happens. LOL

They keep calling, announcing that this is your final notice, blah blah blah

tried do not call, remove me from your list, etc. They still callHow do you get them to stop?

Yet another "Card Services" scam, from yet another 360-322-6xxx number.
Happily, my Panasonic home phone has a VERY DEEP blocked# memory.

Every single day - sometimes several times a day - I get a call from this number.  I stayed on the line today and spoke to Alex Williams from "cardmember services".  The only substantive thing I could get out of him before he realized I was playing him like he was playing me is that he was in Florida.  

Caller ID'd as "Card Services".   I never answer these low-lifes. Let it ring, ring, ring. No message is ever left by these scammers. What a sad sad job to have, their parents must be so proud of them. Pond scum is what they are.

I got a call and hit number 1 so I could ask them to put me on the DO NOT CALL list. The response I got back made me want to find a way to turn them in.

He said I want sloppy talk and it doesn't look like I am going to be getting any of that.

I mean seriously. I know you have a job to do but you don't need to talk to people like that.

and just who are "THE LENDERS?" huh? what?

They bombard both my land line and cell numbers. I like pressing one and then, sounding like I'm in the middle of something, ask them if they can hold on for just a minute. They usually bite and end up hanging up after waiting anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes. At least it slows the dirtbags down if only for a little bit.
