bull shi#,  I never authorized any purshase with my bank card to this pohone number.  Ive never had a pay pal account and whomever has this number may be doing some legitamate business, but they are also ripping people off

I have now had three calls from this number ,the first at 03 54 on 1/3/15 and two this morning 000.55. I didn't answer but checked on internet this morning and saw your info that says it's pay pal but I don't have a pay pal account as far as I am aware . What should I do?

I found this number on my husbands bill it said Avatarstore 7.88 This is new to me Im hurt because him having affairs has given me this Herpes II disease. He is still affecting women and never telling them so the can accuse the next man their with. He just got back from Chile affecting his kids mother. Don't know how this works to how do I call his number and talk to him and  surprise his .......

Here is the deal. This is a legitimate charge from Paypal, HOWEVER!!!....It was fraud. Someone got my card info and purchased something on EBAY, that went though paypal. I called my card company and reported it and they shut my card down.... and I called paypal and they said they have had numerous complaints and this suspicious charge is being investigated already. Paypal took my info to add to their ongoing list. It is a charge coming out of Europe. So watch all your statements. This had to be an internet scam as I only use this card online.

This is a scam.  The called wanted to talk only to me, using my name.  Sounded ligit, as if a bank was called.  I refused to verify that I was indeed the person being called and told the caller, "You have my email address at PayPal.  Send me an email."  And they promptly did but in review of the email, it was not from PayPal.com but from Payil.com.  There was a warning of fraudulent activity in my account (and I have no such account) and that I should fill in the attached form (looking for security/personal info) before "my account" would be once more accessible.

beware of any orders through PAYPAL *FROM NY INC 402-935-7733 CA. spent 1hour on the phone to be asked what my entire CC# was because they cant find transaction.  Like id give up my whole card # when i'm disputing a charge!  Buyer Beware...PayPal is NOT safe!

They verify your bank act by posting like 1 to 3 cents into it, not a dollar.

This number showed up in my bank acct as a "PayPal PreHospital charge." Whatever that it I was charged $150 for it.

There is a charge of $248.60 on my Visa Bill that I did not authorize.

Call the bank that issued the card and tell them.

I have had charges starting back in February of this year with the exact same description from my bank. I researched it and saw that it was supposedly Paypal paying for Google Play purchases. I have never set up any accounts in google play nor have I used paypal, ebay, etsy, google play or any of these other sites/apps that would have made these charges. I have a paypal account, but it shows no activity. I have never set up Google wallet/play etc and never pay for apps on my iPhone, tablet, computer, etc. I have no new purchases showing up in my etsy, ebay, etc. I went directly to my bank and disputed the charges as far back as I could go (which was only 60 days) and THEY even tried to tell me that it was a legit charge. They asked me if I let me children or anyone else use my phone, computer etc and if they could have possibly made the charges. I told them absolutely NOT. The bank said that whoever was making the charges has my card number not my bank account number and they destroyed my card immediately and put in for a replacement to be sent. These charges were minimal but extremely irritating as I do not make my money to have someone else spend it for their own personal gain. I am thankful that I did not have hundreds of dollars charged. I will be watching my accounts very closely now. In the research that I did, I found some people that are stating that it is possibly from the tjmaxx, target, etc card breaches in the past couple years. I have bought from target (online and in the store) and when the scam happened I should have immediately had a new card sent out. Lessons learned: 1. When in doubt, get a new card. 2. Check bank statements regularly. Whoever this is that is scamming so many people needs to be taken down. I am hoping that there is some sort of investigation going to be carried out to find out who exactly is behind these charges to so many different people.
