Got called twice, they never left a message, so I never called back...

I agree with everyone who says if we pay the bills on this phone line all uninvited calls should cease and desist without having to involve the 'entities' in a class-action suit.  It's harassment, an enormous waste of time, and we need to put down some legal platitudes to our attorney gen's, state, and national, to stop all this, again, without watering down or mollycoddling.  We tell the gov't what to do, not the other way around, remind them all the time.  If our current president has been given power to snoop on our lines to keep terrorism out, then give US citizens the power to stop this bull-larky, and the peace of mind to have the time to sit at home and plot out our lives and dreams in the land of the free.
    I sincerely believe telemarketers are paying their employees to submit false, misleading, and misrepresentational statements on this otherwise useful, helpful, and informative site in order to mislead readers and other 'posters' into giving up on the matter of cell and home phone harassment.

Same thing, they keep calling my cell phone which is in fact on the do not call list. I don't owe anyone money so they, whomever they are, shouldn't be calling me. We should be able to eat solicitors for lunch! Stop wasting our hard earned money and get a real job!!!

They've called me twice and I'm on the Do Not Call List.  I called them back and pressed "1" to leave a message and left my name and number and told them not to call.

I am reporting this number. I am registered with the no calls service, and They have been calling  my house every day. Must be some telemarketer.

I keep getting calls from this number but haven't been answering.  I am registered with the 'do not call' registry, therefore they should not be calling me for any reason, as I did not initiate the calls.  I would appreciate it if you would do something about this company annoying people.

We have been receiving the call from (402)952-4444, they never leave a message they have been calling everyday for about a two weeks then they stop until the next month to restart the cycle all over...We are also on the (DO NOT CALL LIST) which really seems to be unable to help in this matter....

I'm fed up with these incessant nuisance calls. The caller said they got my cell phone ( I've been called by this number dozens of times.) by random dialing. Who would believe my cell phone is that much more random than any other of our tree phones in the household? Clue: People are not that ignorant.

Hello may i speak E----B--- I answered yes this is I, the women said i recently made a atm transaction at wachovia bank and told me my area and everything said she was doing a survey, i quickly said no you do not represent my bank and you are not wachovia you are gallup a online politicle survey she hesitated and sir sure i can assure you that i am from wachovia bank, I then said i highly doubt that my bank which is closed is calling me. I could hear the shakes in her voice, i said you are gallup and what makes you think i will answer a question with such a rude un educated women telling me that you are someone you are not. You are creating fraud and making me very suspicious "she then said sir i can assure you we are not trying to take anything or cuz any problems, i told her don't ever call me again and if you do i will take class action suit against her personally, in  which some guy matt got on the phone and said he was from my local hospital.. these people playing games witha  former x marine with high honors, I busted my [***] for freedom and i did not fight for politics i fought for us the people not the high class pricks,, so finally i told the guy take me off the list and he said no problem...

"WADE" asked was I pleased w/ the way I taken care of during my visit; I said "Actually, no I wasn't because someone, a DOCTOR was taken ahead of me !! Before I could say another word, "WADE" said we "WONT BE DOING THIS SURVEY" !  "WADE" hung the up phone SOOO FAST !! Just for the record: Erin was GREAT!

I contacted the Gallup Poll and was told that the calls are legitimate.

I listen to the radio and watch television. If you do too you will recognize the name "Gallup" which displays with this number. Gallup is metioned all the time, especially in this election year, about Polls and what people think about this that and the other. Also if you read about what being on the do not call list really means you will be able to know what type of calls it actually blocks!

answered stupid ass questions until he startd asking about how much money i had in the bank.this is not legit,i dont care what the id says.they have obviously paid for this name since it is probably not trademarked since it is someones last name,BEWARE,These are phishers!
