they wouldn't stop calling me either - til I did a few minutes of research on the net and found out the number to talk to someone direct - I think I scared hell out of the guy - I now have the exact address and a direct phone number for these annoying people. it is - 10909 Mill Valley Road, Omaha, NE 68154,and the direct number to tell them NEVER to call you again is - 402-496-1240

I have received 251 calls from this number 402-952-4444 all after 5pm.  Three to Four times a night.  I am on the do not call list, but some how I still receive the calls.  I have reported this number many times but does not help to do do.

402-952-4444 continues to call my cell phone every day

I am so tired of these people calling. I didn't answer then called back. Said it was a survey with the Gallup organization. Said to visit Gallup.com.
How did they get my number? I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

Got a call from this number.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  My number is registered with the do not call list.

Found this number on my caller ID and did not recognize it so I googled the number and found out that many people are getting calls from the same number.

Did this direct call help??

Like other people have said before don't call people names if you're not educated yourself.  If you have received calls from this number, it is from Gallup.  They only do telephone surveys.  They do NOT try to sell you anything.  They are hired by companies to do surveys on service, etc.  All of you probably hired some sort of service recently and said you would be willing to complete a survey ABOUT the service you received.  Even if you ARE on the Do Not Call list, you can still receive calls from companies only conducting surveys.  See below the question from the FAQ section on the FTC's website.  Again, they're not selling you anything, just want to know your opinions.  

"What about telephone surveys?
If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered — that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. If I am on the DO NOT CALL list. I should not have to tell you NOT TO CALL ME! You should fix this problem and STOP CALLING those of us on the DO NOT CALL list. My phone is here for me, not you, I pay for it and don't want you to call me. Stop being jerks!

survey on my cell

I get these calls at night from the same number about twice a week.  it's a new cell number for me.  haven't even had it a month yet.  do not understand why i'm getting these calls.  never had them before.  how do i make them stop!!!!!!!!!!

If they have been HIRED by a company to do surveys then they are getting Paid for their service.  Answer the call and find out what company gave them your Name and Phone #(Bank, Hospital, whoever).  Then tell them Do Not call you again you do not wish to take a Survey. You give the company (Bank, Hospital, whoever it was) a call and TELL them DO NOT SELL OR GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT AGAIN. AND TELL THEM TO CALL THIS COMPANY AND HAVE YOUR NAME REMOVED.

Company's are having their employees checked out, by calling customers to see if they were treated right, by selling/giving your name and number to a company to call you all hours of the day and night, just to ask you how your visit was, and then want to get an attitude when you don't tell them what they are asking, and you question them.

These companies should not be giving out any information on you without your direct PERMISSION!!!!!!!

I got a few phone calls from these people, i was never home, untill a few nights ago. I allowed them to ask me the survey, without giving much information. Seemed to me like more then a few questions were a BIT TO PERSONAL, and not nessicary. The lady spoke with a texas accent. I'm unsure if this is a scam, but iasked to not be contacted, as i am on the do not call list, i am offended they called, while i am on the do not call list!

I received a call from this number about 30 minutes ago and instead of leaving a voice mail message, they left a text to call there number. The text message came from this number: 600-500-0015
