Got a call from this number this morning.  It is Gallup Polls, and they were calling to give me a survey on a recent hospital visit.

Calls several times but doesn't leave a msg....very frustrating!

This phone number called me several times, left no message.  I was very irritated. Finally, they called when I was available and I answered ready to let them have it. It was Gallup and they were calling to do a little survey on the care that I received at the ER about a month ago.  Yes, irritating, but not spam.

Called, asked for person who most recently had a Bday so they knew who they were calling, thus Targeting ME personally....by Name for DATA to sell to the think tanks running America to the ground for Israel. I said he's (me) is not here and they have called back 3 times again. HEY, I Got your Gallup POLE Right Here Moutha Flounda!
 They always start with certain questions but soon are wanting body count in home, kids age, guns in home, work info, best time they can come RIP You OFF and maybe the caller ID Number is just faked by your local little Rugrat Teen Crack head Punks down the road that just stole your Mail and are casing your place until they find somebody at home with a shotgun to their little brains for Thieving somebody elses stuff.
 But Hey, TWO can play the Data Game and lets all Qwap on these Data miners and scammers and feed as much dis info as you can.

Next time the Gallup Pole calls you, ask if their company is run By JEWS and how much money These Jews make off Your Info. After all, they WILL ask for YOUR RACE and WAGE INFO......

Woman identified herself as ????research.  She said "may I ask you a question?"  I said, "you just did" and I hung up.  I've blocked the number.

I have been getting calls everyday from this number. They never leave a message and I'm tired of it.

WELLS FARTGO is the worst for ROBO calls.  If you have caller ID watch and see how they rotate the point of origin - Bethlehem, Pa, followed by Phoenix, AZ, followed by Salt Lake City, UT,  etc.

BEWARE! Caller ID will be "Gallup Organization" and may be lower-wage hired personnel. They may ask for you by name; before identifying yourself ask them to identify themselves. They’ll probably tell you they are from your bank (or according to comments found elsewhere, that they’re from your hospital/doctor’s office etc). If you want, you can tell them that the person they’re asking for "isn’t there". They will then attempt to obtain personal information. An example might be, "Is there another name on the account?" Do NOT answer ANY questions! Call your bank (or medical provider, etc.) and if you’re told "We hire them for surveys" complain strenuously; add that your next call would have been to the Federal Trade Commission (and that you had been seriously considering terminating your relationship with your bank). Insist that your institution remove your name and phone # from all usage of this type. You have this right under the laws governing Privacy of Information.

They called my cell phone and identified as Gallop poll. I said this is a cell phone, do not call this number. She said, "we need your help with a survey, can you help?" I said DO NOT CALL this number again. She said, "Thank you!" and hung up.

Gallup called 7-1-14 and 7-2-14. The caller said there was no list to take my name off of. How can I stop this?

Long story short, this is a legitimate call from Gallup, they are conducting customer surveys under contract from a company that you are a client of. In my case, they were calling on behalf of Wells Fargo, asking about a recent visit I made to the local branch. They knew the date and time of the visit, and asked about how long I had to wait, how the teller handled the transaction, etc. Never did they ask my income, age, or other irrelevant questions, just "customer satisfaction" type questions.
But I would have answered them a lot sooner if they would have left a message on the machine stating who they were and why they were calling.
