These people have called twice that I know of and both times we didn't answer. It comes up on the caller I.D. as V and then a bunch of random numbers filling up the entire line

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM and LIARS. Rachel from Card Memebr Services is back again and is now living in Orlando, Florida. Realtors must love this Ho, as she is constantly moving from place to place. Just wondering... if Rachel gets royalties everytime her voice recording is played by the scammers. Her parents must be proud. To the people that write in these blogs "I am on the do not call list", Get a life people, scammers DO NOT care about a DO NOT call list, just as bank robbers don't worry about your money beng safe in the bank. Wake up idiots.

So sick of these [***] calling me about my interest rates. I don't have any credit cards and even if I did I wouldn't do business with these [***]!

These people call occasionally, and this time did not leave a message. I wonder how they decide whether to leave a message or not? We never answer, and we never call  back. We have had calls about lowering credit card rates around 75 or 80 times since it started in late 2009, a few in 2010, and then took off in 2011. This number has called before, and also another florida number also ending in "9999." The numbers appear to be from all over the map, but they could be spoofed to look that way. Once in a while there is a message, but usually there is not.

Caller id shows I got a call from this number yesterday, from "Unknown Name".  I screen all calls, and have recently turned off my answering machine to avoid these kinds of calls.  Most my friends and relatives know the best way to reach me is by email/text message anyway.

Many shysters hide behind the guise of SURVEYS, CHARITIES ETC.  In this day and age you never know 'who' you are really talking with.  I talk with NO ONE. I never answer my phone unless I know 'who' is calling, because once you 'answer' they 'Have Your Number" and they will not only call you time after time but 'sell' your number to other illegal scammers.  Also if you follow their suggestion to 'opt out' you have only given these shysters confirmation of your number.  Many are just 'mining' for people to prey on, especially the 'robo callers'.  And of course it does not matter if you are on the Do Not Call List because criminals don't care.  They change their number as often as we change our underwear so as not to be discovered by the FCC.

They started calling me today. I didn't answer -- I have received so many junk calls that I never answer unless I recognize the number. I am on the Do Not Call list too. How are these jerks getting away with repeatedly violating Do Not Call? How are they getting away with cursing people on the phone?

I get at least a call every few days from this company, and I immediately do what I am doing right now.  Even though it is sometimes a different phone number, it is still the same company.  Why can't you just stop?

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

They keep calling my number...I don't own any credit cards, when I press "1" to talk with someone they hang up on me. I am also on the National Do Not Call List. I wish someone would so these people.

I just returned from Disney and am getting a call from this number. I think I just had my number listed with a Tampa Motel and Hertz...maybe Allegiant also but I don't think Disney had it. Allegiant has been connected with some pretty raunchy sales tactics with time sharing and such.Think they had my daughters. I am in MN so obviously it had to do with traveling to that area. I thought it was Disney about my lost cell but message said hit 3 if you don't want future calls and some babbling about lowering my interest rate. Can't press 3 on a message lol I will block the number if they call back. Also on the Do Not Call List so it must be obtained from one of the travel vendors I listed.
