I received a call from this number and googled it to see who it was.. Sure glad I did.. the voice message picked it up and no message was left... But yes we have received calls before regarding the lowering your credit card interest. we have never picked up the phone on these calls.. they do call from other numbers, but we screen all calls due to this type of situation. The only card we have is Citi Card and I had read where they have been hacked.. So if any of you might have a Citi Card account. That is how they have obtained your phone number.

I answered this call. I've been getting calls from this place for years. I've talked to them several times to tell them I have no credit cards and stop calling. But, they still call. This time they answered "This is Rachel from Card Holder Services. I hang up at that pointy normally, as I did today. I've filed complaints on the average of 4  times a year with the do not call registry, but nothing happens. It's probably headed for the GOP budget chopping block anyway. They did stop a lot of annoying calls. but this card holder services place is ridiculous. Another bad one used to be the automobile extended warranty sales people. I'm glad they quit calling.

i am so tired of getting calls from the number listed above. I'm getting it on my home phone and my cell phone. When I press #1 and ask that they remove me from there calling list, but they hang up on me before I can finish.

They are obviously a scumbag operation who accessed your credit data from one of the credit reporting companies. They determined you have a whole lot of credit card debt and will run the "you pay us, we'll pay them ... and charge you a big fee for wrecking your credit" scam.

Outfits like this need to be hunted down and taught a very good lesson.

Claimed "card services.". Pressed 1 and told them to take my name off their list.  They hung up before I could get out the sentence.

They called on Monday.

I was out shopping and I found this under "missed calls".

Strangely, the name used for the phone number is listed as "Florida".

"Rachel of Cardholder Services". I wrote yet another letter to my Senator.

Also received call from these scammers.  There should be a law to fine these scammers $500,000 each to be paid off over many years and donated to charity or for funding a department dedicated to bringing these scammers to justice.

What I find disturbing about all of this is that these calls have been going on for years. I know for a fact that I have gotten these calls every year since 2006. They will call at least a few times a week and then it will be quiet for awhile until they start back up calling. The kicker is that the numbers are spoofed. Spoofing technology should be banned.

Call saying something about pressing 1 to lower my interest rate, 3 to be removed. Pressed 3, disconnected. Returned call - 4 rings, disconnect.

call and report it to your police dept., these people have threatened others too. the threats are different then just breaking the do not call list, more criminal. Obviously not the case as my Credit score is over 800 and I don't use them that much and always pay them off.

They are cold calling, they wouldn't bother to pay for the data from a legit rating service.  The govt does try to hunt guys like this down, they arrested the "Heather from Account Services" guys.  It's just they don't have the resources .. too many other crooks out there.  Not to mention low grade moron "instructors".

Very rude scammer! Hung up on me when I asked what account he was calling about. I called back and they said the number was out of service!

Unfortunately the number they gave you is a legitimate Master Charge Assistance Center number.

We too have been receiving daily calls from 1-407-434-9999.  They immediatley hang up when asked to be put on their do-not-call list.

I am determined to stop them and will continue digging.

It is a company pretending to be called "Visa Mastercard Services" and talking about "lowering your rate" on "your account".  They are not debt collectors, but are trying to get people's financial information. These same telemarketers call me day after day from various different telephone numbers using the same message.  They say to press 3 if you don't want any more calls.  I have pressed 3 many times but they continue to call.  Sometimes I press 1 and get a representative and ask questions, but they hang up.  I have told them I am on the do not call list, but they continue to call.  I have tried screaming for them to leave me alone, but they continue to call.  One time the telemarketer got mad that I yelled at him so he said he had my address (he gave it to me) and that he was going to my house to shoot me.  They continue to call.  I am at my wit's end with their terrible harassment..  Per the State, these types of telemarketers are untraceable.
