- L. FullhartI filed a complaint with my Attorney General.
- JoeThat number just called my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I did not answer. No message left.

- Julea| 1 replyAnother call from "Rachel at Card Services" who has probably called everyone in the US by now. It doesn't matter at all if you're on DNC, the government can never do anything effectively. DNC is a joke and thought up to pacify all the voters who were complaining. Also, even if it did work, these are scammers who aren't going to obey the law anyway. They travel around the country, usually using disposable phones. If you're unfortunate enough to get a Middle Eastern or East Indian male, they can be really vicious. Don't bother arguing with them because there is no way you can match them in invective and vulgarity unless you're a psychopath yourself. The Better Business Bureau, so helpful in most areas, can't help you because this is not a legitimate business. Do yourself a favor and don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number calling.
- Caller: Credit Card Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Joyce Hines2 calls from this number-did not answer it and they did not leave a message
- AbigailI answered and chose the option to speak with someone. They said the company name is "Account Services" and they are located in Orlando, Florida. They hung up on me when I asked for an address. I have reported them to the Do Not Call registry complaint.
- Caller: Account Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Lila| 1 reply"Cardholder Services" also calls in disguise, using caller ID info of real legitimate businesses! I've received 2 such calls from them, the first call was ID'd as a local accountant in my town and state, and the second was ID'd as a kid's inflatable/bounce-house party company in FL.
I don't know how they're getting the caller ID scammed to show they are someone "legit" but I wish this place could be stopped. We don't even HAVE a credit card.- Caller: cardholder services
- carol| 6 repliesJust got a call, pressed 1 and when they answered..."account services" I asked them "which account are you talking about?" They hung up the phone on me..scam!!!
- illinoisjust saw a missed call from this number. No voicemail message. I tried to calll back and it said the number was no longer in service. After reading the above posts...i am glad I didn't talk to anyone.

- sjGot this call as well and tried to investigate further...website said may harm your computer but I proceeded anyway and came up with a name Jeffrey Blodgett in Palm Springs FL through the Intelius reverse phone lookup
- SukiThe recorded call said "There is no problem with your account. Press 1 to lower your interest rate"
I am on the do not call list. when will these people ever be stopped???- Caller: They didn't say
- Call type: Telemarketer

- JenniferThanks so much everyone for posting your comments on here. I really appreciate it! : )
- mlbreadytogo| 2 repliesWe have been getting calls from this number several times a week. If we don't answer, no message is left. If we answer, it either sounds like a fax machine tone or the caller hangs up. I have returned the call twice - again, either an annoying tone or a message that is OBVIOUSLY NOT a phone company recording where a man's voice says the phone number is not in service. Who can we report this to? We are on the no-call list, both federal and state. That is where I guess I will start.
- Edward GrundySomeone from this telephone number keeps calling to offer reduction in credit card interest rates. I do not want their service and have said so several time. They leave voice mails from a recording, and when I try to call the number shown on the caller ID it says it is not in service. Please tell them to stop harrassing me.
- Janet AndersonGot a call from this number, and i'm on the no call list
- MaryI picked up the phone on this call and got a recorded message saying they had important information about my account. They would lower my interest rates and I should stay on the phone to talk to a live operator. I hung up, then checked to see if that disconnected the call. It didn't. This is a very illegal robo-call & I will be reporting it to the Do Not Call List (where nothing will happen, but you can always hope).
- Caller: not disclosed
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Bobo Brazil replies to LilaPeople have to understand that calls can be made over the internet (VOIP) and the caller ID data can be spoofed. That is, typically they use numbers that have been disconnected, or numbers of legitimate businesses. The point is, one really does not know where in the world literally these calls come from. So complaining really will do no good.
- MelisaI received a call from this phone number saying that she wanted to lower my credit card rate and was asking personal information. I could hear yelling and rap music in the background. I didn't feel this was safe. I asked what company she was with and she said Card Services. I asked for what card and she said they do them all. She asked me to verify my information to make sure she had it right on her records. She asked how much I owe on my credit cards and I hung up. I knew something was not right.
- Caller: Card Services
- PatDon't call me anymore - I'm on the do not call list - I will report you!!!
