Lake Worth, FL 33461 - madIs there a way we can open a law suit against them?
- cheese queenWhen this number & "Florida call" showed up on Caller ID, I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. The caller left a message about how my chance to lower my interest rate to 6.9 % would expire soon & I had to act fast. The caller didn't say what I should lower interest on.
The only credit card I have is American Express, which has no interest rate since the whole amount I owe has to be paid every month, & my house is paid for. There's nothing for me to lower interest on.- Caller: No idea

Do not answer these calls because they're fraudulent. It's a way for this company to phish for legitimate phone # to sell as a list to other telemarkets. I reported this company to the NDNCL every chance I have since March, 2012 and they're still calling.
Please report them. If enough people are irritated we can file class action and bankrupt them. The owner of this company and the people who work there are the scum of the earth and deserve to be punished.- Caller: Caller ID: Unknown Caller

- JennI've reported these idiots to the FCC!!! I am on the DNC list and both myself and my husband have asked them numerous times to remove our number. They didn't so we reported them. So very sick of them constantly calling and waking my husband up. The more people stand up to these people the sooner (hopefully) they'll get shut down

- JOe replies to Dave Orland Park, ILThe scammers use a fake caller ID. At one point the person listed above may have had that as his home phone #.
- JanetGet calls from time to time, the message is the same about lowering your interest rate on credit cards and today I waited for a person to speak with and a man came on the other end of the line. When I asked his name, he said something totally absurd and after I demanded to be taken off their call list, he hung up. Wish someone would knock these fools off the back of their chairs, they are a total nuisance.

I said NO I'd like to know who you are and what credit card company of mine you are with .... he hung up on me...I'm contacting the Florida and the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's offices and reporting them. - MelanieI keep getting calls from this company. Even if I follow the directions and press 3 or 3#, as the message tells me, they keep calling back. Last time they called, I pressed 1 to speak to a person about it. The person that I spoke to was a pompous a.. He insulted me personally, my profession (a paramedic/fire fighter), and the fact that I was a veteran of the US Navy. He refused to connect me to his supervisor. He also mentioned that he was better than I was because he was a former Marine.
