I just received a call from this number - the Caller ID showed a name Robert Kennedy. I've got calls from this number before. Not recognizing the name or the number, I didn't answer...

This is very likely (and highly probable) a scam...

Never under any circumstances give these [***] any personal information - if you get a live person...

These type of calls are what they are - a tip off to a rip off...

I say that based on what others have posted, and based on my own experience...

Caller ID now says "Robert Kennedy"!  These are the same "there is nothing currently wrong with your account" folks [previously known as "Rachel," though we don't hear her say her name on the message she currently leaves on our answering machine].  They had been calling us from 407-936-9999, and the caller ID then said "Sanford FL."  So, they changed their phone prefix and caller ID, but kept the "407" area code and "9999" suffix.  I

I'm surprised the Feds don't go after these guys seriously.  Their computers must make hundreds of thousands of calls every day, just clogging up telephone lines...

Several calls from variations of this number--407 and 9999 stay the samel.  I pick up the phone and immediately hang up.

Got a call from a "Robert Kennedy" recording asking about my credit card debt. This is Orlando Florida and usually there is no name. We belong to the "Do Not Call Registry". Seems these people change numbers all the time and pay no attention to the law.

Their parent company is American Debt Negotiators (866-969-4236), owned by Ran David Barnea, supposed home address is 21955 Cypress Dr, Apt 48f, Boca Raton, FL. They use several spoof names such as  ""Cardholder Services."" I've received scam calls about car warranties from them too. Don't rely on the caller id because they use fake numbers.

Credit card rate lowering. Wow, the Kennedy clan has some extensive interests! I knew that old Joseph was a rum runner in the day, but now they're branching out from the grave. Can I still vote for RFK? Death doesn't seem to have slowed him down.

Robo-call comes in at least 3 times per day.  After pressing 3 at least 20 times before to be removed from calling list, I hit 1 to speak with a rep.  Some true pervert answered the call, and after telling him that I wanted to be off the calling list, he stated he wanted to f---k my kids in the a--- just like he does to his dog.  Nice to know that the devil's spawns work for these companies.  They should be arrested for obscenity.

Report this number to the FCC...it just takes a minute or two online.

Take the few minutes to report these numbers to the FCC online.  Make a difference instead of just getting mad.

got a call 11-29-11 at 2:57 pm - left a message which i deleted immediately when i hear press 1 now. we don;t use credit cards so how did the idiot get our #.caller id shows robert kennedy, what a joke.

Instead of raising my taxes why does the government just do not apply the penalties to these telemarketers??? Last time I checked the fine for making unsolicited calls was $15,000.00 per call.
I do report them frequently but they still call me here all the time.
This time Robert Kennedy got resurrected and he is calling us all. Should the Kennedy family get involved in this and get rid of these crooks one way or another????

"Robert Kennedy" at 407-660-9999 called me too. I actually got to speak to someone and asked them to take me off their list. The man said "NO GOD DAM* IT I'M NOT TAKING YOU OFF S*#T B**CH. Real nice. Contacting NYS attorney general office now.

Yep, had this show up on my caller ID and since I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, I didn't.  No message so I looked it up here!  LOL!  Losers!!!

Just received a call with a robo voice stating: "...This is cardmember services... reduce your interest rate..." bla bla bla... I was told to press 1 to speak with a representative or 6 to receive no further offers. I hung up and called the number back. The old recording "you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service." Weird and disturbing. We have a new home phone and obviously I have not listed it with the National Do Not Call Registry. Doing it today.
