Received call on 9-2-2011 at 3:37 pm MST; caller ID says Robert Kennedy; answered; recorded message about credit card services.

Got a call...called it back...disconnected

Got a call from number above.  Called it back..it was disconnected.

Same with me...who is it!

They continue to call and try to scam us. Saying they want to lower our credit card interest rates. WE DON'T HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS!!!!  They get mad and swear and hang up on us.

This number keeps on calling me over and over.  I didnt recognize it so I ignored it.  I called it back right away and it said this number is no longer in service.  How can this number call me but when I call them right back its out of service ???

Received this call at 12:11 PM MST.

the Caller I.d Says Robert Kennedy, It is a robo call  "Hi this is rachael at credit card services. Here is your oppurtunity to lower your  current credit card interest rate." Yeah I get the same call from several numbers with the same message. Im on a do not call list  etc. and these [***] still call me.. Just hanging up doesnt work either.. they will call everyday   or they tell  you can press three to stop the calls. but No that doesnt work either . I was alot happier when I didnt have a phone..but i need it for the internet.. Is there anyone out there  that can help with theses type calls.? I am fed up!!

I just got a call from Robert Kennedy also, I don't have any credit cards so I know that this is a scam.

Received a Voicemail from these idiots today. 407-660-9999 is now blocked.

Blow a whitsle in there ear. I do it all the time. Hope it bothers them as much as it bothers me. They constantly call.  Even when you tell them you are on the 'no call list'

Got a call with the caller id that matched this number. The name above the number was Robert Kennedy. Since the only Robert Kennedy I ever knew was assassinated I didn't answer this call. No message was left.

I hope you called your credit card company and/or bank to report that you gave out this info.  You may be a victim of ID fraud soon.  Good luck to you.

NEVER, EVER give out personal information over the phone to someone who calls YOU, "cold" (or out of the blue.)  Only give out information to legitimate businesses, that you are familiar with or have a prior relationship with, and only when YOU initiate the call.

Would you open your front door to a stranger and start divulging your personal secrets?
Then WHY would you do it to a stranger on the PHONE?

Call came in while I was outside.  I saw the Caller ID reading "ROBERT KENNEDY" and was expecting a POLITICAL call!!

Instead, got a recording that started 'in the middle' and was a woman's voice saying 'It is your FINAL opportunity to lower your interest rates...."  Don't I wish this was the FINAL CALL!!!  I've kept a log of these calls for over 4 years and now have over 1300 of these calls logged!  They have come from nearly every state in the union, many different numbers, and some even come in as "000-000-0000".  Once I even got a call that said It was ME calling MYSELF on the SAME LINE!!!

Isn't there some ATTORNEY that can go after these SCUMBAGS?  Can you imagine the money we could all collect against them if we could all prove how harassed we've been by these calls over the years?

This is my experience as well.

Received a call and caller ID saying Robert Kennedy, also. So tired of all the scam artists calling me. Credit card saying" this is last time to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Just quit calling me.
