- rick| 11 repliesTypical robo-call scam offering some con game to "reduce your interest debt, etc etc".
Identity theft is the real reason these scumbags are calling, they are just tricking you into calling them back and giving them your personal information.- Call type: Telemarketer

- KLBThe caller ID says Robert Kennedy. Then Rachel from Card Holder Services. If you have any CC with a balance, they will keep calling until you have no more Credit cards. Turn into your Attorney General Office and they still don't stop. They just change their number

- AliceDThis is scam. We have not done business with this company and since we are on a do not call list it is against the law for them to call us.

- TracyI filed both a "Do Not Call" and an official FTC complaint against Robert Kennedy/Card Services (or whatever they're calling themselves today) just now. I've filed DNC reports at least once or twice before against them, but possibly under different numbers. I've stayed on the phone to speak with a rep twice to ask them to stop calling me, and they just hang up. Once I asked a rep if they were affiliated with my credit card companies, and she lied and said "Yes." You can get through to the FTC by clicking the box that says "I'm dissatisfied with this company's telemarketing services" instead of clicking the "Do Not Call" complaint-related box.

- TaWandaReceived a call at 3:46 pm. Caller ID said "Robert Kennedy" Live person said from card services....I hung up. I have no credit card balances at all. Reporting to DNC doesn't do anything since they change phone numbers all the time, they even "use" other private citizens phones numbers. I hung up.
- Caller: "Robert Kennedy"

- Dave| 2 repliesThe caller ID was "Kennedy, Robert". I held the line and asked to be removed from their list. The live operator said "I'm not removing you from sh*t". I said, "Excuse me?". He answered. "I'm not removing you from sh*t." Open your f*ckin' ears."
He then hung up.
Obviously we are going to pursue this with our state Atty General's office as well as the FTC.- Caller: Robert Kennedy

- CindySomeone from this this number calls me every weekday. The ID shows Kennedy, Robert. Sometimes I play along until they ask for charge card numbers. It's fun to ask if they can remain on the line until I get the cards from my purse (then I don't get back to them so they have to pay for additional phone time). Or, I ask what their company name is and they hang up. Today I kept doing redial until their phone rang. Our phone lets the ringing occur for over 4 minutes before it disconnects. This means the scammer cannot use that line until I hang up. If you try this, keep redialing until you do not get a busy signal. Then stay on the line until your phone beeps. The next time they call, I will give a phony name and tell them they have reached the police department--bet they hang up quick!! When I did contact our local police department about these calls, they told me to call the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency. I don't know what they could do about them since they change phone numbers a lot--are these legitimate phone numbers for people that the scammers manage to take and show on user IDs? Are these actual phone number accounts that the scammers take out themselves? Who can help us with all this?
