Seems funny that they would call me. I do not do business with CVS. This is a phishing scam.

Voicemail saying courtesy call of overdue prescription from CVS Caremark only that is not my pharmacy. Leaves you a code to use if you are dumb enough to call back. Out of Tennessee. Avoid.

I use CVS mail order but every time they have called it was a toll free number for easy call back.  I have to believe this is a phishing scheme spoofing CVS number as has been the case with Dish Net, Apple, DirectTV, and many others.  When in doubt call the number on your card.  Give no personal info to anyone you didn't call.

A company called and said that they were from Aetna and that I  needed to refill my prescription from Walmart.

I just received a robocall, from this number, saying that I have prescriptions to pick up at their pharmacy. I told the caller that they’d the wrong number, and hung up.

Scammer.  Won't stop calling.

same , CVS ROBOCALL .. overdue script ...bla bla blahh etc. i am on do not call list with feds and state level ..will report this # as a sales gimmick ... fools.. no one except old people who can easily be tricked will get talked into something they don't need will believe this crap ...

Automated call for refill reminder...called CVS caremark directly and representative said they didn't make the call. This is some kind of scam or phishing.

How would you know it is valid? They left a message and knew my correct name, but I do not use them. I used them one time only for pick up many years ago  because my pharmacy was out of a med and they had it. But I have never had delivery by mail. Ever. I even called the regular published phone number, and asked them why they are calling when I haven't used them in years, and they said they would have no reason to have called me. I did hear that CVS had gotten some records hacked, so this might be a result of that. I do not trust it.

I do not get prescriptions from CVS, nor do I have Caremark as insurance. I have something completely different. I used them one time only years ago, to pick up a med, because my regular pharmacy was out of it. I have never had any mail order prescription service ever. Yet they knew my name. I believe this is the result of a hack into their system because they CVS knows I have nothing more to do with them.

I'm in Indiana and got same call. Asking if it's me and wanting me to say yes its me. Its wanting people to say "yes" Thats how they get you. It is a computer talking. I answered the call nut was silent and they left a voicemail while on a call to call this # and that #ext. Smh.

They did leave a message about needing to get a Rx refilled. If the name block had shown their CVS name instead of "unknown name" i  might have answered where I will NEVER answer unknown name.

Said they were Atena insurance looking for my mother. For prescription refill . I called back said it was CVS mail prescription service. All automated. I blocked their number . We are nowhere close to Chattanooga.,And don’t have a CVS in our hometown

I have received to phone calls from this number. I did not answer the calls. Last time I was informed that I'd be called one more time. I do received my meds through Caremark but they have never called me before. I did go online to check my account. i had a med that was due to be sent out but was not on the automatic refill. i don't why because i've been receiving it when it's due for them to send it. Anyway, i received an e-mail this morning stating it had been shipped. Do i call them anyway or let it go? i don't like to answer unknown numbers these days.

Call a number in Puerto Rico that there was a prescription due.The stupid person doesn't realize that they are calling from Tennessee to PR. How dumb they are that could not realize that no one will answer a call from outside.

Thanks!  I went to the link which you gave us in October, 2012.   It is now almost Christmas, 2019...and CVS is still allowing these bogus robo calls to happen.  http://consumerist.com/2012/10/02/how-i-made- ... stop-for-now/.3  is a link where we CAN get the help to stop the calls.  Only I did not speak to any real person on my call, only their automated answering service was needed, as "he" did get the job done.  So, supposedly CVS will remove my telephone number from their list of automatic calls.  I have NO RX with CVS, no prescriptions at all.

TOTAL SCAM! Robo call from CVS Caremark. Asked to verify Full Name/Address/DOB. Weird part is that it new my upcoming prescriptions refills so I went ahead and refilled. But when I went to Aetna to verify, Aetna had no record of the prescriptions being refilled.
