- DebyI have received calls from this number repeatedly...I know nothing about having placed a call about a back brace I saw on a commercial !!!!!! Wish the 'Do Not Call Registry would do it's job..if it actually does anything, that is..At this point in time I wonder! I seem to get way more calls after having signed up !!! Whats up with that ? Anyone else seem to think the calls have picked up for you ? Just wondering.

Caller ID read Lynchburg, VA., 434-363-4558. Did not recognize so did not answer. No voice mail left. - Carrie| 1 replyOh boy....will you all just shut the F up? It's a legitimate call from an organization that supplies free back braces for people on Medicare. My father is one of them. He received one, it's legit and they are just calling to make sure the apparatus is working correctly. If you're receiving the call by mistake, then block the f'n number or don't answer!!!!
- Call type: Non-profit organization
- JamesAfter reading all the posts from this great website, I immediately blocked this number using my new Sentry 2.0 call blocker I bought from Amazon last month. I'm sure they'll call again maybe with a different number and I'll block their new number because Sentry 2.0 can block up to 9999 numbers. I highly recommend getting this device if you're sick and tired of robocall scammers and corrupt politicians calling you all the time.

- Ron G| 1 replyGot a call saying a folio-up to a request I made for a back brace. Press 2 if no longer want to receive calls. I pressed 2 and got a person on the line. I said I did not request info and that I pressed to not be called and got a person. The person on the other end of the line said "do you believe that." And then gave a sinister laugh. Amazing that we can not get rid of these calls.
- BabsCaller ID Lynchburg VA Answering machine picked up and during my message I could hear "Return call" to you for a 'free backbrace' that you supposedly inquired about from a commercial and than they hung up.

- Patriot327| 2 repliesI'm glad others have reported the source of these calls. If the number is one I don't recognize, I don't answer. I can't say that the number of my calls has decreased, because it hasn't. However, repeat calls are diminished, when they don't successfully get through. There are some exceptions to this rule, but fortunately, not many. I'll continue to never answer calls that I don't recognize and I will continue to be harassed by unsolicited, nefarious businesses and scammers, but I won't give up my landline, for now. I get as many bogus calls, on my cell, but at least you can block those, as part of the price you pay for the contract. This caller has only called once on 4/6/15 at 11:57AM with a CID of Lynchburg VA. No message was left, of course.
- Caller: CID = Lynchburg VA
- Susan replies to Figuring It OutI have to agree. I have family in VA so I called the number back after missing their call, thinking that one of my family members may have changed their number or were calling from work. I listened to two seconds of elevator music then hung up. I will say, however, that I have had multiple calls in regard to trips and solar panels lately. Ugh! So annoying!
- GrannieSince I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, this went to the answering machine. The recorded message about a back brace repeated 4 or 5 times! Making up for all you who didn't get a message. Of course, I haven't asked them to call me.
- Pup314 replies to Fred| 1 replyI use Comcast, and since they tried to merge with time warner and I signed petitions opposing it I am now getting tons of spam calls, robo calls, and down right obnoxious calls coming in at 4 AM. I wish we had a system where only calls we authorize by tel # come through to us instead of having a blocking list because that list is never enough and now they use illegal 10-13 digit numbers AFTER the 1 such as X(XX)-XXX-XXX-XXXX. All of these illegal numbers should be automatically routed to a tracer system for the FBI and Interpol by the telecom companies. We know they can do it because they send everything else to the NSA.

https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx - Pup314 replies to Long John SliverHave you seen their new number scam? They use your own name and tel # to appear in your CID. We need mandatory tel# registry and all faked numbers and empty CID be blocked automatically and a way to register legitimate tel #s for our individual tel service providers to let through only. So unknown callers of any kind get blocked who I do not know if it is someone I know I will get their tel number first and input it as an acceptable number for my phone. The technology is there, it can be done simply.
- Adam Rollinscaller ID said Lynchburg, VA, no company name. I know of no one in VA at all. I let my machine pick up and they left no message. Bloody annoying.
- Figuring It Out replies to TruthseekerSTRONGLY DISAGREE. Our PRIVATE, pre-paid, non-big carrier cells RARELY get these calls. A couple a month but nothing like my landline, which is tied to every credit account we have, utilities, credit cards, store cards, etc.
I'm not paranoid, I'm SMART!
Get a LIFE, TROLL! - Pup314 replies to Patriot327| 1 replyTrust me do not give up your land line, for when they start calling your cell phone it's even worse because it sucks up YOUR paid for minutes.
- Pup314 replies to CarrieIt is not legitimate when the call us UNSOLISCETED and unwanted! So you shut up please. I bet you are an owner of one of these scammer schemes.
- Pup314 replies to Ron Gok peeps lets get organized and start using air horns in our mouth pieces which are their ear receivers. do some permanent hearing damage to them.
