Received several calls from this number. When I called them back they said that they just needed to verify my address to send some certified mail. When I asked what it was the [***] hung up.
I did hear the name Heritage as well. Probably a debt collector like mentioned above but I don't have any issues that I know of...

my father (who has had 2 strokes) answered the phone and they asked for "john doe" no he isn't home. oh is he the same john doe that lived at "123 main st usa". my dad tells them oh i've heard about people like you and HUNG UP ON THEM! LMAO. My hubby has a very old bankruptcy from previous marriage have no idea what they are calling about.

we have been getting calls from a company called heritage Pacific for a couple of weeks now , we have at least 2 calls a day from them on our answering machine when we get home from work. Then tonight we got a call from the 469-341-0107 # which came up Texas call, they are a company that buys old forclosure's bancrupcy's ect the last yr that they are good to collect on and will use any means to try to track down the ppl and get them to pay. they will use facebook, myspace ect to try to find ppl and when they do they will use any tactics they can to get info about the person they are after cause they know if they don't get them before their time is up they don'nt make no money.

they hung up before my answering machine kicked in, caller ID said Dallas, TX

Debt collector calling the wrong person!!!!!!

Called saying they were HP Locate and they needed me to call them back within 24 hours to receive important information

Called my work and stated they were a vehicle located service. I work at a dealership by the way.
Ended up being a bill collector after they put me on hold for a while.

Received too many to count over the last 2-3 weeks from this number and many other strange numbers on my cell phone.  THey claim to be a private investigator from HP Located and they are looking for my father.  They have also called my husbands cell phone and many of my neighbors.  Each time they leave a generic name with an 800 number to call back, I did try a few times to call and it rings once and then I receive dead air.

Have got 3  left message calls a day from at least 6 different numbers and the message changes every time they have used the private investigator angle and said I must call with 24 hrs. Have a feeling a class action law suit will be filled soon against them.Not giving them any info at all.

Contact Clark Howard, your attorney general or your lawyer, these people are engaging in illegal activities. record all conversations.. HP Locate  Do you know how many attorney who would love to have these cases.  Sue them in oblivion.

have been receiving calls and msgs from a company called HP Locate, they leave @ least 2 voice mails a day and call @ least 5 times...they have even called my brother. The msgs state they are a private investigator and need me to contact them within 24 hours. After googling the company, come to find out they are a fraudulent collection agency who try to scam people to pay on delinquent mortgages (my mortgage is current) or people who have walked away from their homes. I have purchased a cool application for my blackberry that blocks these phone #'s...but they haven't stopped calling yet, the app just drops their call:)

Have been receiving phone calls from this company atleast 2x a day every day for the last week.  They are looking for a person with same last name.  They said that they are not a collection agency.  When I asked the name of his company?  He said HP Locate, out of Dallas, TX.  He said he has important info that he needs to pass onto the person he's looking for.  I told him "no relation."  I Googled the company and found this:  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-469-341-0107

It was bad enough to get these calls on a land line now on the cell? To much where has our privacy gone?

I got a call from this guy asking for my mom. I have handled calls for my mom since 1 was young so i kno when its a company. The guy ( Hyme Diaz he said which sounds fake) told me he need to contact her and something about a private investigator... then i heard beeping the whole time so i knew i was being recorded... it seemed wierd so luckily i gave him no information bc he wouldnt tell me his info... glad i know it fraudulant.

Funny because I got the exact same call from the guy asking for my mother.  I wouldn't give them any information.  I am trying to figure otu who these people are.

Mari called looking for my "old neighbor" and advised me she had urgent information for them. I looked the number up she called from and everything I found online said "debt collection"! I called back and told her the best number for her to call is 411 not mine!

They sent me a text message that they were private investigaros and to please call that number lol crazy people...

This number txt me and when I tried to call back thier vm was full.

Do they ever stop calling?
