Actually, people, these guys gave mortgages to people they should not have, because gubment regs changed and the gubment (thank Pres. Billy boy) told them they HAD too. Political correctness is seldom correct. That doesn't change the fact they are using illegal collection practices....they have no problem violating the law when it comes to collecting, but refused to when it came to doling it out. How frickin backwards are these people?

Stop these calls.

they call my house every 4 or5 times a day and when I answer they are not there. I called the number and an asian man answered and said he never called my number

I'm tired of receiving a call from 5023477999 on my personal cell.  This must stop.

When I answer the caller on the other end hangs up every time. Quit calling, this is harrassment, I would get charged by the local authorities if I did this repeatedly.

I have gotten several calls from these people ... once this morning at around 7 am and the second round 2pm.  First call, they did not leave message on machine.  2nd call, my dad answered the call and they asked for me by my maiden name.  My dad told them I wasnt here since I was on my way out the door for work, however they are harrassing w/the calls.   I attempted to call the number back and get a error message and call wont go through.

They call me 6 to 11 times a day

Okay, I did find out that the 502 number does not accept incoming calls ... go figure!

I got a number for them you can call now:  1-800-733-1116

They are SEARS affiliated.

After repeated calls from this number and Citibank Financial, I blocked the numbers. They were not calling for anyone at my address.

If you would read the thread, many of these calls are to people who do not owe them any money. If you don't have anything intelligent to add to the conversation you should just say nothing.

All of my bills ARE paid ON time and in full and I am receiving these phone calls anyway! Got any other excuses.

I pay my bills, and on time.... my calls start at 7a.m.. and go on all day... I have ans... they hang up..
so.... seems a lot of us are having the same problem.... getting ready to have my number changed.. fed up...

I don't want to be called by this number no more

They continue to call do not leave a message and I attempted to re-call the number several times,
and received a recording:  the number cannot be completed as dialed.
