Found out this is the number to call to get the SEARS card to stop calling you. Give them you number and it should stop the calls I willfind out in three days. They wanted some lady named Comacho. - JP replies to Ashleygot about 4 today...never picked up...didn't recognize the phone number...but yes...no messages left...
- DanielleThese people will call 4-6 times a day and they are the rudest! They keep asking for my husband and he does not have a citicard or a credit card in general. Has these calls just stopped all together? I am really getting mad.

- tinaWasn't home but the caller ID feature on my phone listed this same number. When I tried to call back, my telephone company said this number couldn't be dialed (I used the 1 before the area code) and said to check the number and try the call again. If it was about a Sears card, I've already spoken with a representative about my situation and she told me to call another number that handles financial arrangements with payments. As with these other harassed callers, I'd like to see someone come up with a petition to sign against harassing credit holders. Even if they owe on their credit card, that doesn't give them the right to call anytime they feel like it or harass the consumer. If anyone's interested in starting a petition, please let me know. HARASSED, TINA

- marI am 10 days late due to unforeseen circumstances - have always paid on time, this is for my Sears card. I called Sears main number to complain since you can't call this number back. He said this is an automated dialing system, it does not leave messages. He tried to give me the excuse that they have millions of accounts and they only leave messages on the very severe late pays. I would think that they could give you 30 days grace before they start calling your home over and over again. I said that I thought Sears was a large enough corporation as well as Citicard to be able to handle leaving messages. Besides that, when I signed up for the card I was promised a $10 credit and then didn't even get it - such crooks. As soon as this is paid off - I guess it's another card I won't use again.

- faye - Aug. 17 and 18 2008These people called Sat., early Sunday morning and again late Sunday evening. They wanted to speak to my son who had not lived at home in 5 yrs. They would not discuss it with me and I told them that since he had not been at home in that length of time that it could not be that important and I wasn't even going to tell him that they had called. END OF DISCUSSION

- State AttorneyI told Citibank Universal, when they repeatedly kept calling for my son, that I had turned them over to the state attorney's office for prosecution for harrasement on their phone calls. In this state, it is illegal, even if you owe money. Which I don't.

- HilaryI keep getting calls from 502-357-7999 at least once a day, or more. The call goes to voice mail because I leave my phone off, but they never leave a voice mail. The last voice mail I got sounded like a man belching, but nothing was said. This is getting old and needs to stop.

- BarbaraCalled regarding a past due payment on Sears card. After giving information to make payment, I contacted the bank and original payment was already made ON TIME. SCAM -- DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THESE PEOPLE. I had to call my bank and cannot block payment b/c it was a debit card payment. Now I'm stuck!! I had to hot card my account and get a new one. Please be aware I WAS NOT BEHIND in any payments.

- kcidBeing somewhat familiar with the workings of telephoney, what happens is, these 'offices' that make calls that people don't want to get, or offices that do not want you calling them directly, get a bank of OUTGOING lines only. Different telephone companies put different recordings on these lines. It is not impossible for you to get a direct line if you are working with one of their reps, but the number that shows up on your caller id is basically, a bogus, or non working number. In some cases, such as in my office, we call out and if you call the number back, you go to a totally different office, more then likely, not in the U.S.
Don't you just love it though, when you return a call such as these, and when they answer, all they say is "THANK YOU FOR CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT", not even what company they represent...- Caller: unknown
- JonGot a call from this number and when I asked the guy if I could take a message because the person he asked for wasnt here, he said very rapidly that is was a personal matter and he would call back some other time.

- meIt is a collection group for Sears/Citi Bank. they asked about a
magazine subscription from 2005 with a huge balance due. Couldn't tell
me which magazines I originally ordered or the credit card I paid with. I did talk to a manager ( I asked -- who knows) and they were
very threatening but offered to have me pay 1/2 the balance. Wow!
They said the charge would appear under easy sales solutions.com or
spendcare -- after an hour on search engines I gave up looking for those
company names. The area codes they call from are British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Kentucky (USA).- Call type: Debt collector
