what the hell is going on? stop calling!!!!!!!!!!!

If you answer and tell them not to call, as a 3d party debt collector they must stop.
An alternative is to tell them it's a wrong number - then they must also stop calling.
Who knows, it might be that someone stole your iodentity and opened a Citicard account in your name.
In any event, it's best to deal with it rather than become upset by it.

I keep on getting calls from citibank univerisity. they are calling 3 or 4 times a day and not leaving messages. i want them to stop calling now.

It can't be from Sears. I don't have a Sears Card

Write them a cease and desist letter to stop calling and to only communicate via letter (in writing). It is a law they must stop if you put this request in writing. You can verify this by googling "phone harrassment and how to stop bill collectors"

if you were willing to meet me face to face and say i don't pay my bills that would be ok, but you hide behind a telephone in another state and say that when you don't even know my name. you call up 1,000 times asking laquonda and when i start getting angry you hand up and call back later. i'm lobbying for new legislation that says we cann just hunt you down and put a bullet in your ugly fat face

go to the Federal Trade Comission, bureau of consumer complaints, and report them using their online form. this is specifically for debt collectors. they can't just call you all day and hang up and when you answer hang up and keep calling you after you told them there is no "laqueesha" there.

I get calls all ours of the week. In the middle of the night. During the days and on weekends. There is no answer and no message left.

This is Citibank University, has to do with Hong Kong, China.  Check out online.

Citgo Gas card - they will call repeatedly, every half hour, and they use multiple numbers in this area code, as well as 866, but never leave a msge or identify themselves when they do.

Zales is also associated with citibank

We have Comcast Xfinity which posts callers #s on the tv screen and I am constantly getting calls identified as "snooze" from 502-522-8999 and                 502-357-7999 but the phone never rings.  

Years ago We closed out all credit cards, The house is paid off, the cars were paid for in cash and the only bills we get are insurance, utilities and taxes.  My Sears account was closed 15 years ago and I have never done business with      Citi- anything.  So it is beyone me why I am getting these incoming call notices on the tv screen or why the phone never rings.

I need to call comcast to see if they have an explanation.

I should be grateful I don't have to put up with some of crap other people are getting.

ExxonMobil which is credited thru Citi called me from 502-357-7999

About 10 calls now. Never a complete message. No reason for them to call me. Call the number back and it says it does not exist. All hours 24 a day a different times.
