GET BACK IN CONTROL OF YOUR TELEPHONE.

OH I FORGOT FIRST CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND GET AN UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER AND DON'T PUT YOUR NUMBER ON YOUR PERSONAL CHECKS. JUST GIVE YOUR NUMBER TO YOUR RELATIVES. ASK YOUR BANKS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES TO PUT YOU ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOUR NUMBER OUT TOO. CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT OFTEN THERE MAYBE INQUIRIES FROM COMPANIES YOU DON'T HAVE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH. This number ust called my phone, but due to my own recent issues with the nasty scam world I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I will go and check out the DNC list for the research company above, sadly I am already on the national one.

I have received several calls from this number.  For the first time I decided to plug it in to google and am surprised at the number of complaints.  I used the helpful link to remove my cell phone number (which has been on the DNC List for many years now).  I got an error message saying my number was added to their list on 06/19/09..... ok then, stop calling...please

They called me tonight asking for my daughter. Would not leave a message.

OMG thank YOU for posting this link to remove my #!!....  i dont have any idea what it is for just thought it was another bill collector lol....oh well now maybe no more phone calls at 10 at night or 6 in the morning! ugg!

Sunday calls at noon are unacceptable

When I told the lady who called that I'm on a DO NOT CALL list, she claimed that her company was non-profitable and hence the it didn't apply.  Now that I checked the links provided by the few persons above, and after checking their website (which said that they were profitable research company), I'm wondering where I can file a complaint against them for making false claims.

I've been getting calls from this number to my cell phone, which I rarely give out. Most, I haven't answered--voice mail sounded like people in a room...assumed it was a wrong number. Last night I did pick up and the guy said he wasn't selling anything, but doing a survey of tv viewing..."it will just take a couple of minutes". He asked if I was in a safe place to talk--not driving or operating machinery. He then asked if I also have a landline. I said yes.  Then he said, "thank you very much" and hung up. No tv questions. AND both my phones are on the no-call registry.  Kind of creeps me out. Thanks for this thread and the removal number. I've removed both numbers on their removal page.

called my cell phone at 8:00pm I'm already in bed. I get up at 4 am no message just enough to wake me up.

I screen all calls. They called multiple nights in a row so I looked up the number here, and now I know not to answer. I will look into a phone/modem destroyer instead and let them research some repair parts.

These people have called my cell phone 4x in the last 3 days, in fact the just called about 10 minutes ago. I told them to stop calling this number and how many times they called, the lady got about half ignorant and stated they only called twice. I said yea in 24hrs, b*tch, I have my phone call logs I know how many times you called. I signed the DNC on their site, I'll give them the 72hrs the site claims to need after that I'm pressing harassment charges seeing as how I told them I didn't want to participate and asked them not to call me again the first time.
