- S.P| 1 replyI got a call from this number today. The woman said she was from some computer company and she wanted me turn on my computer. I told her I wasn't going to turn on my computer and she became angry and demanded I turn on my computer. I laughed at her and hung up. It's sad that a lot of people still fall for this crap.
- K.M.This is a scam, they will tell you that your computer is running slow or some other BS and ask you to turn on you computer so they can fix the problem , once they have access they down load a key logger program. The program logs every key stroke you make . Meaning every time you log in to Bank Account, Credit Card , etc, it records all the numbers and now they have access to those accounts.
