I got the call today.  He said he was from calling from Window support.  I asked him what company he was calling from and he keep saying Windows support.  I told him I work as a Network Administrator and had never hear of ay company caling for Windows support without the user asking.  I asked him agan the name of the comapny and he again said Windows support.  I asked him if he was calling from Microsoft and he said yes. I told him to hold on while I contact Microsoft on my cell phone to confirm .  "Call disconnected"...

Call came at 7am while we were still in bed.  I see this number listed as a scam call as far back as 2011.  Some one shut this place down.

Just got a call from 510-943-3040 but unlike everyone else, the lady on the line spoke perfectly good and clear English and when I asked what company she was calling from she disconnected the call...  Sounds like the scammers know we know they're scamming...
there is a phone app called Who Are You that will display a caller id on these incoming calls and gives you the option to ditch the call if you want...

these people are calling my job harrasing my co worker saying respectfulness things I am afraid I can lose my job! they also calling from a 646-369-8692. they been calling my job for over a year. somebody has to stop them

East Indian accent caller called and said a virus was in  my computer and he could show it to me and what it was doing.... He said you in front of computer now... I said no. He then asked me to turn it on and I said nothing... after about 5 seconds he hung up.... The number shows California on I.D.
As with all of the others being called I quess we should just watch, look and hang up and not listen.

I was getting calls from this # a few months ago; they stopped, and now the same guy is calling again. It's obviously such a total scam: Microsoft has NEVER called me! I am the one who has to call THEM when there is a problem; I have to wait on hold, give them a bunch of serial numbers, and sometimes pay them for a solution to the problem.

I'm not going to my computer and doing ANYTHING for some random stranger who's calling ME on the phone.

The problem with not answering the phone is that they just keep calling back. This time, I answered and recognized the deceptive, and potentially dangerous, voice right away. I didn't even respond to his inquiry "How are you today?" I said firmly, in my most commanding voice, "DON'T CALL ME AGAIN!!"

If they call again, they will get the same response. Just DO NOT interact with them, and they will move on to more willing victims. Hope it works the first time.

This same number called me saying his name was Michal coyy and he's with a loan company named porosity and I was approved for a 5000$ loan... It was to good to be true told me if I prove to pay my first payment of 228 then they would loan the money plus that payment..well just a heads up the guy was sounded like he was from India so I already knew it was a scam..

I received a call from this number on my cell. As I don't have voicemail they were forced to ring and ring and ring before they got bored and hung up/

I received several calls from Lisa. She keeps asking for Daniel Harper. I've stated several times, you have the wrong number. I finally asked what company is this, she stated some type of pay day loan store. She is very rude, and now she calls and hangs up. I also receive a text from 203-446-5741. www. cash92.com. This text is for Daniel as well.

So many posts on this number shows that the number is being regularly spoofed/used by Frauds. Block the number and report it.

I get this phone call quite a few times. So now my answering machine sounds like a fax machine and they hang right up. I have only told a few of my friends so they know to leave a message if I am not home. LOL. I had one guy say S*** I got a fax machine number. Love messing with these crazy scam artists

I receive about 3 calls a day from these people (for the past 5 days) and they are asking for Gerald (not me).  As soon as I tell them they have the wrong number, they immediately hang up on me.  I try to tell them to quit calling but they hang up before I get the words out.  I just want them to stop!!  It's been a different number almost every time, sometimes the number isn't even a full number, so I don't even know how I would be able to block the calls.

My second line in my home which I use for business purposes ONLY has been ringing every 7 minutes ALL DAY by this number as well as various other numbers...the few times I picked up there is no one there....I tried calling back each of these numbers and a recording says they are non working numbers.  I am leaving town for the next few days...I hope they give up.  Will tend to this when I get back.  This is annoying as hell.

Another number I do not recognize so I didn't answer.  Thank goodness for caller ID.  To repeat to what the others stated on this message board.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!  I always look up the number on the internet after I get the missed call.

I HAVE RECENTLY STARTING GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.  I DOWNLADED WHO ARE YOU APP ON MY PHONE.  IT DOESNT EVEN LET YOUR PHONE RING.  IT JUST DITCHES THE CALLS!!!!!  LOL

Receiving calls from Frnk Main CA I am not answering because the past two weeks my wife has been getting calls from people stating their lawyers and they do not state their business and have her SS# so, I filed Fraud alerts on all of or information because who know what other information they have. If you fill out forms on-line for loans please be careful that is how I think they received are info other companies sold it to them.

Not only so they use this phone # they also use ones with all 000000 this is a BIG SCAM !!!!!!!!!

I have been getting harrassed through this number.  I receive multiple calls a day for weeks through this number.  I was able to answer the call today and they just hung up on me.  Never said anything.  I am so tired of this.  How do I stop whoever is calling me everyday.  They don't leave a message and so I dont know who is bothering me.

They call constantly, never leave a message.  Now I just answer it and hold the phone up to my computer while playing Rick Astley.  I was shocked to see how long the caller stayed on the phone.
