Keep recieving a one ring phone call with no message.

We're getting several calls a day, as everyone has described. Just got one at 9PM, disturbing my children's sleep!

Yes this is Macy's. I was 3 days past due. Just a friendly reminder.

All my accounts are up to date.
Don't know why I am receiving these annoying calls. I want it them stop! Please help!

they have called me 80 gazzillion times this week.  I called back and the operator said he is in INDIA!!!

was getting multiple calls daily...when I finally called back and someone finally answered the line they stated they were Macy and Bloomingdales credit card services.  I gave them my phone numbered but refused to give them my name.  Based on my number they asked if I knew a particular person, which I didn't.  They stated they would removed my number from their contact list.  That last part happened today.  So lets see what happens!!

These people have been calling me every day this month. I've never applied for a Macy's card or Bloomingdale's or whatever it could possibly be. I've been getting these calls since last year, but those ceased for months up until now.

Just got a call.  Didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number.  No message.  They actually called me at my work and were transferred from the receptionist.  I don't know how they got my work number.  I was two days late on a Macy's payment so I believe that is probably the reason for the call.

I am SICK and tired of these phone calls everyday and about 10 calls a day. These calls have to stop and I don't answer to unknown phone numbers. I do have a Macy's Card and I am NOT late, it this is really Macy's I know now that I am cancelling my card and shopping else where. Shame on Macy's if this is their collection department calling.
Oh and they don't leave a message either and that's the annoying part. Macy's I hope you go bankrupt if this call is coming from your store.

I am SOOOOOOO sick of this too! They literally call 10 + times a day. Sop I have had their nuimber blocked from being able to contact my phone...check with your provider, most have an option to use this feature for free. I use Verizon.

They have called me as late as 9pm but never ever leave a message.  Not sure why they keep calling me 5 times a day for the the past week now.  I don't have anything outstanding balance with Macy's so maybe that's just a decoy and they really are a collections company?

Im a teenager with a cell phone and receive these calls. THERES NOT EVEN A MACY'S NEAR ME! I can't own a credit card and my parents dont shop there. I answered once yet it just clicked off. Not sure what they are after?? Whatever...

I got a call today from this number. It was the first time that I recall. Didn't answer the call because it was not from an area code that I recognize. I jumped on my browser/search engine, and entered the entire number to find these postings referring to "Macy's." I have a Macy's account, so I called the number back. It was their credit department.

Apparently the check I mailed this month for my regular payment on my revolving and club accounts was NOT paid my bank, Wells Fargo, even though I have plenty of money in the account. I called Wells Fargo customer service from another phone, while I had Macy's on the phone. It turned out that I put a stop payment (2 months ago) on a whole booklet of checks (25) from my personal account that I thought they were lost. Obviously, the checks were not lost, but I had forgotten about it, and sent Macy's a check that they couldn't cash. We easily fixed the problem by doing a phone check payment on the spot. The Macy's customer service agent waived $78 in late fees and the $14 phone check convenience fee as well.

They have called me 9 times since I gave Macy's my new number yesterday. Woe!

27 calls in 2 wks from this number. Still no idea who it is, but your posts are helpful. I will get down to teh bottom of this.

They are calling me just about every hour now. I DID have an overdue amount-- $5.00 --  but I paid it a week ago. Apparently the collections callers and the payment takers do not communicate with each other!! I am just about to close my account, too, if this keeps up!
