Most the time they hang up when I answer but the last time they spoke in Spanish to me. I don't speak Spanish. Never leave a message and they call at least 6 times a day 7 days a week. They called Sunday morning at 6:30am. Makes me angry!

Called 6 times yesterday and 8 today.  Absolute phone harassment as I have no credit issues!

I received a call from 513-754-9874 with no message left. After reading the post on this number I was careful what information I gave them. The number was answered as being from Bloomingdales / Macy's. Did not give them my account number, only the number that they called. They were able to give me my correct balance and the date of my last payment. This a valid phone number for Macy's billing department

I've received more than 20 calls from this number in the last few days.  From what I've seen online, it appears that 1. There have been nuisance calls reported from this number since at least 2010 and 2. It's not Macys--some people called them and were told that no one from Macy's had called them and they didn't have overdue accounts.  

How does something like this go on for over 4 years from the same number?

We get calls from this number repeatedly, throughout the day.  When I pick up, no one answers.

Keep getting calls from 513 area code including this one. No messages. Irritating. Legit collectors leave a mesaage.

And, I too have received a call from the 513 number.  No message.  I did open a Macy's about 3 months ago to save 10% on a large purchase and placed that purchase on the card.  I owe nothing until next year, and then with interest.  So given no message from them, I have no idea why they called me today....

i get several calls from this number on my cellphone. It a SCAM to try to use threats to get you to give personal information. They call from as early as 8:00am, 7 days a week and never leave a message.

I'm getting these calls while my dad is in the hospital fighting for his life. Sounds like they are using a voice changer ... I don't except such calls. Called the Macy's and was PO'd!!! You will get your damn money ... But I don't even have a cc with me at this point and seriously ... Don't need the extra pressure!!!

I answer the phone and they do not answer. I'm tired of receiving their calls.

Stop this caller

No one can do that.  However you can protect yourself with a call blocker and also do NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

I have been receiving a call from this number every day for the last 2 weeks multiple times a day. I am on a no call list. They don't leave voice messages. I refuse to pick up but it is getting annoying.

Macy's calls way too many times in a day! It is Sunday &  they have used 3 different numbers on me. Well good luck Macy's as you are really pissing off your customers & that is not making MAGIC! You kiss our a s s e s when we are buying from you then turn around & aggravate us. Is that nice?

Keeps calling saying that I owe on my Macy's credit card.  Wanted me to make a payment by phone.  Didn't fall for it.

Macy's Macy's Macy's! Oh yes, now you will wait on my payment, as you call way too much. I owe $25.00 & I have it .  You can keep calling & it won't do you any good because it is due next month! No MAGIC here Macy's... this is one reason why 100 of your stores closed.

Really Macy's? 3 calls before 11:00A.M. & you probably will exceed yesterday's call of 7 if you keep it up. Calling & no message being left is poor customer service especially when the bill is not due yet!
